OnePlus’s reported internal AnTuTu score for the OnePlus 16 is higher than the earlier surfaced result: Gadgets 360 reported 5,633,288 points from internal testing, compared with Notebookcheck’s report of 5,384,433 points for an AnTuTu V12 result. The figures are not a controlled, same-condition comparison, and neither establishes what a retail phone will score.
OnePlus 16 AnTuTu results compared
| Reported result | Score | Context |
|---|---|---|
| Earlier result | 5,384,433 | Notebookcheck reported an AnTuTu V12 result for a device identified as PYB110; its report noted that V12 was in public beta at the time. Notebookcheck |
| Newer figure | 5,633,288 | Gadgets 360 described this as OnePlus internal testing. Gadgets 360 |
The newer figure is 248,855 points higher, or about 4.6% above the earlier total. That difference is calculated from the two reported scores; it is not a separately published benchmark statistic.

Why the scores are not a like-for-like test
The earlier score was reported as an AnTuTu V12 result, while the newer number is attributed to OnePlus internal testing. The available reports do not establish that the same app version, device configuration, or test conditions were used for both. The comparison therefore shows that the newer reported total is higher, not that the OnePlus 16 improved by a measured 4.6% in a controlled retest.

What the score does—and does not—say about the phone
AnTuTu is a synthetic benchmark total, not a direct measure of how fast every everyday task will feel. The reporting reviewed for these figures does not include independent repeated testing of the 5,633,288 result on retail hardware. It does not show that the phone will sustain that performance during extended gaming, or guarantee the same score for buyers.
Without repeat runs and test details, the score is best treated as an early performance claim attributed to OnePlus. It is not enough by itself to judge real-world responsiveness, thermal behavior, or gaming performance.
OnePlus 16 launch timing
Gizmochina reported that OnePlus planned a China launch event for October 12, 2026. That report does not establish international availability, retail stock, or pricing. The benchmark figures alone also do not confirm a launch configuration or the performance of phones sold in other markets.
