The OnePlus 15 is listed with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging, 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, and security updates through November 13, 2031. OnePlus’s U.S. store warranty is one year from delivery for qualifying hardware defects. A Google AI Pro trial advertised with the phone had a redemption deadline of August 1, 2026, so it is expired as of October 7, 2026.
What software and updates does the OnePlus 15 get?
OnePlus lists the U.S. OnePlus 15 with OxygenOS 16, based on Android 16. That is the listed software version; it does not establish how many major Android upgrades the phone will receive. OnePlus U.S. specifications

OnePlus says smartphones and tablets receive a minimum of three years of security updates and lists the OnePlus 15 security-update period end date as November 13, 2031. The company cautions that actual updates and delivery timing can vary by model and country or region. The end date is not a promise of a particular monthly patch schedule or a number of Android-version upgrades. OnePlus Product Security Update Period
Separately, OnePlus’s North American business-adjustment notice says existing devices will continue to receive software updates, security patches, and after-sales support, with applicable warranty coverage honored according to product warranty terms. That notice does not extend the duration or scope of an individual warranty. OnePlus Notice of Business Adjustment

What does the OnePlus 15 warranty cover?
For phones purchased from the U.S. OnePlus store, the limited warranty runs for one year from delivery. OnePlus describes coverage for hardware components as supplied and defects caused by workmanship or build materials. Warranty redemption is limited to the original country or region of purchase. Local statutory consumer rights may also apply, so check the policy and protections for the place where you bought the phone. OnePlus U.S. terms of sale
The U.S. store also lists OnePlus Care, screen-protection, extended-warranty, and accidental-damage options. Those are distinct from the standard limited warranty; review the current plan terms, exclusions, deductibles, and availability for your exact model before purchasing. Which chargers does it support?
The U.S. specifications list up to 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent charging-time test results; the wattage figures alone do not establish that wired and wireless charging take comparable time. OnePlus U.S. specifications
The U.S. store page says the box includes a charger and USB data cable, but its listed page text does not identify the charger’s exact model. If buying a spare or replacement, verify that it explicitly supports the OnePlus charging standard you want and has the correct plug for your region. Do not assume an unverified third-party accessory will deliver the stated maximum rate. OnePlus U.S. OnePlus 15 store page
Can you still claim the Google AI Pro offer?
No. The OnePlus U.S. promotion page advertised a three-month Google AI Pro trial, including 2TB of cloud storage, but gave August 1, 2026 as the redemption end date. That deadline had passed by October 7, 2026, so the page does not establish that the offer is currently redeemable. OnePlus U.S. OnePlus 15 offer page
The published offer terms said eligible users had to be at least 18, with availability subject to Google AI Pro/Google One availability and legal restrictions. The instructions were to open Gemini or Google One on the device, sign in to a Google account, and select “Try now” to check eligibility. The terms also said a payment method would be verified and the subscription would cost $19.99 per month after the trial unless cancelled earlier. Those details describe the published promotion, not a current entitlement.
