The Motorola Edge 70 Max stands out for its larger listed battery, faster-refresh display and Qi2 magnetic wireless charging. The OnePlus 13’s listed rear-camera setup adds a dedicated 3× optical periscope telephoto lens, which the Motorola specification list does not. Price depends on country, seller and exact memory configuration: a 91mobiles snapshot showed the Motorola offer lower in India, while a Spanish launch price gives a separate, dated reference. These specifications help narrow the choice, but they do not establish which phone takes better photos or lasts longer in everyday use.

How do their prices compare?
In a 91mobiles comparison snapshot accessed on 7 October 2026, the OnePlus 13 was listed at ₹57,994 through Croma and the Motorola Edge 70 Max at ₹53,770 through Amazon. Prices can change, so check the seller’s current listing and match the configuration before deciding. Source: 91mobiles.

Which phone has the more useful camera setup?
OnePlus 13: a dedicated telephoto option
The OnePlus 13’s rear-camera listing includes a 50MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP 3× optical periscope telephoto camera. A dedicated telephoto lens gives it a listed hardware option for optical zoom that is absent from Motorola’s specified rear-camera pair. The listing also gives a 32MP front camera. Source: 91mobiles.
Motorola Edge 70 Max: autofocus ultra-wide with macro
Motorola specifies a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera with autofocus and macro capability. The front camera is listed at 32MP, and the phone supports 4K HDR10+ video capture at 60 or 30 frames per second. Those are manufacturer specifications, not comparative camera-test results. Source: Motorola EMEA specifications.
Choose based on the camera type you expect to use: the OnePlus listing specifies a dedicated 3× optical telephoto, while Motorola specifies autofocus and macro capability on its ultra-wide camera. Megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone produces better photos.

Both listings give the phones a 6.82-inch display with 1440 × 3168 resolution. The OnePlus 13 is listed with an LTPO AMOLED panel and a 120Hz refresh rate; Motorola specifies an Extreme AMOLED panel with up to 144Hz, HDR10+, 10-bit color, 100% DCI-P3 and a 7000-nit peak-brightness figure. The OnePlus display details here are from 91mobiles, while Motorola’s are from its official EMEA specifications.
The 144Hz figure is a higher stated refresh-rate ceiling for Motorola, but peak brightness and refresh-rate figures do not show how the screens compare under the same measurement conditions or settings. Treat the specifications as feature descriptions rather than proof that one display is brighter or better in typical use.

Motorola lists a 7100mAh silicon-carbon battery, 90W TurboPower wired charging, 25W Qi2 magnetic wireless charging and 5W wired reverse charging. It also claims up to 73 hours of battery life, but describes its estimates as approximate and dependent on network, settings, temperature and battery condition. The OnePlus 13’s 6000mAh capacity is listed by 91mobiles. Sources: Motorola EMEA specifications and 91mobiles.
Motorola therefore has the larger listed capacity and spells out both wired and magnetic wireless charging rates. Capacity and a manufacturer’s maximum-life estimate do not predict every owner’s endurance: use depends on signal, settings, workload and other conditions. The available specifications do not establish a controlled, independent head-to-head battery result.
What about performance, memory and software support?
Motorola’s EMEA page specifies a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 storage. The 91mobiles listing gives the OnePlus 13 a Snapdragon 8 Elite and a compared 12GB RAM / 256GB storage configuration. Chip names and memory figures alone do not establish how the phones perform in a particular workload. Check the exact regional variant, especially if a seller offers different RAM or storage options.
For software support, Motorola states up to three years of OS updates and five years of security updates, until July 2031. 91mobiles lists four years of OS updates and six years of security updates for the OnePlus 13; that OnePlus support figure was not verified here against an official OnePlus support page. Confirm the policy for the exact market before making update longevity a deciding factor.
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the OnePlus 13 if a dedicated 3× optical periscope telephoto camera is important to you, or if the specific 12GB/256GB configuration listed by 91mobiles is the variant you are comparing.
- Consider the Motorola Edge 70 Max if its larger stated battery, up-to-144Hz display, 25W Qi2 magnetic charging or specified ultra-wide macro autofocus better matches your priorities.
- Decide by the local offer only after comparing the same storage and memory configuration, seller, warranty and included promotions. The cited prices describe different markets and dates, not a universal price gap.
For either phone, treat the specification lists as a starting point. The available sources do not provide a controlled head-to-head test establishing which model has better real-world battery life, display performance or camera results.
