The manufacturer-listed MRPs show a nominal ₹7,000 gap: ₹38,999 for the OnePlus 10R’s 8GB/128GB 80W model versus ₹31,999 for the Infinix GT 30 Pro’s displayed 8GB/256GB model. That is not a like-for-like storage comparison, and neither figure guarantees today’s street price or stock. The more useful choice depends on which 10R charging variant you mean, plus whether you value the GT 30 Pro’s gaming controls, higher-refresh display and listed wireless charging.

India price difference: ₹7,000 on the listed entry configurations

As accessed in October 2026, OnePlus India lists the 10R at ₹38,999 MRP for 8GB/128GB with 80W charging, ₹42,999 for 12GB/256GB with 80W, and ₹43,999 for 12GB/256GB with 150W. Infinix India displays ₹31,999 MRP for the GT 30 Pro 8GB/256GB variant and also lists a 12GB/256GB configuration, without establishing its price here. These are manufacturer-listed MRPs, not guaranteed transaction prices. OnePlus 10R is an older model, and the Infinix page showed a notify-me state for the selected variation; check current seller price, exact variant and availability before buying. Which phone has the stronger gaming and display specification?

Infinix GT 30 Pro: more gaming-specific features

Infinix specifies the Dimensity 8350 Ultimate, GT triggers, a dedicated esports mode and a display refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Those are relevant features for players who want physical-style controls and a high-refresh panel. The 144Hz figure is a maximum refresh specification; it does not mean every game supports that rate or will run faster or more steadily.

OnePlus 10R: 120Hz adaptive OLED

The 10R has a 6.7-inch, 2412 × 1080 Fluid OLED display with adaptive refresh up to 120Hz. The GT 30 Pro’s listed 1224 × 2720 resolution and 144Hz ceiling are higher on paper. Those figures alone do not establish which screen looks better in brightness, color or everyday viewing.

The published chipset names place the GT 30 Pro on a newer, higher-numbered MediaTek platform. That is not a controlled performance result. 91mobiles reports Geekbench multi-core scores of 4,104 for the GT 30 Pro and 3,331 for the 10R on its comparison page, but the testing date and methodology are not established in the material available; treat them as reported figures, not a directly comparable benchmark. 91mobiles comparison page

Camera specifications: OIS versus a higher megapixel count

The 10R lists a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro camera. Its front camera is 16MP with electronic image stabilisation. The GT 30 Pro lists a 108MP main camera and 8MP ultrawide, with a 13MP front camera.

The Infinix main camera has the higher stated resolution; OnePlus explicitly lists OIS and an additional macro camera. Megapixel counts and feature lists are not enough to decide which phone takes better photos. The specifications cited here do not establish a camera-quality winner.

Battery and charging: the 10R has two different configurations

Do not treat the OnePlus 10R as a single battery-and-charging package. The 80W version pairs that charging rate with a 5000mAh battery; the 150W version pairs faster charging with a smaller 4500mAh battery. OnePlus’s April 2022 launch release claimed a 1–100% charge in 32 minutes for the 80W model and 17 minutes for the 150W model under the company’s own test conditions. These are dated manufacturer test claims, not independent results. OnePlus 10R launch release

The GT 30 Pro lists a 5500mAh battery, 45W wired charging and 30W wireless charging. The reviewed 10R specification page does not list wireless charging. The larger stated GT battery does not by itself prove longer use between charges; the cited product specifications do not provide a directly comparable endurance test.

Software and update expectations

The OnePlus 10R launched with OxygenOS 12.1 based on Android 12. In its 2022 launch release, OnePlus promised three major Android updates and four years of security updates. That is a historical commitment; it does not establish how many updates remain for a buyer in 2026.

The Infinix product page lists XOS 15 based on Android 15 but does not state a support-duration commitment. Do not assume its update period matches OnePlus’s launch promise. Buyers who prioritize years of remaining support should check each brand’s current policy for the exact model before purchasing.

Which one should you buy?

  • Choose the GT 30 Pro if its live price suits your budget and you want 256GB storage at the displayed 8GB configuration, gaming triggers, a dedicated esports mode, up to 144Hz refresh, or listed wireless charging.
  • Consider the 10R 80W model if you prefer the 5000mAh battery paired with 80W charging and can find the exact 8GB/128GB or 12GB/256GB variant at a competitive current price.
  • Consider the 10R 150W model if the faster-charging configuration is your priority and you accept its 4500mAh battery and higher listed MRP than the 80W 12GB/256GB model.
  • For camera choice, weigh the 10R’s explicitly listed OIS against the GT 30 Pro’s 108MP main camera, but seek comparable camera testing rather than choosing by megapixels alone.

Compare the actual seller prices for matching memory where possible, and confirm the OnePlus charging variant. The specifications and listed prices support a conditional choice, not a universal winner.
