Frame an AI request around a real decision: name who the answer is for, what decision it should support, what is at stake, and what source material to use. Ask the model to flag uncertainty and explain what could change its conclusion. This is practical guidance, not a proven formula—and it does not establish that some people are “AI winners” while others are not.
Make the request useful for a decision
A vague prompt invites a generic answer. A decision-framed request gives the model a clearer job: help a particular audience consider a specific choice under stated conditions. The article by Abdul Wasay in TechJuice recommends making the audience and stakes explicit, supplying relevant material, and asking the model to identify uncertainty.

For example, instead of asking, “Is this plan good?”, specify who needs to decide, what options are being considered, and what consequences matter. The point is to shape the answer around the decision—not to assume that a more detailed prompt is automatically correct.

Then include the relevant source material, such as a policy excerpt, project brief, or figures you want assessed. Remove confidential or sensitive information unless you are permitted to share it with the AI service, and consider whether the service’s data-handling terms are suitable for the material.
Why include source material and uncertainty
Give the model something relevant to work from
Supplying the material you want considered is more useful than asking the model to rely on a paraphrase from memory. It gives the model a concrete basis for its response, but does not guarantee that it will interpret the material correctly, notice every important detail, or distinguish fact from inference. Check important claims against the original documents.

Ask for uncertainty, then verify it
A request to flag uncertainty can make gaps, assumptions, and potential changes to the conclusion visible in the output. It is not an independent fact-check: a model may still omit an uncertainty or express an unsupported claim confidently. Treat the response as a starting point for review, especially when a decision has significant financial, legal, safety, or operational consequences.

What the “AI winners” claim does—and does not—show
The available TechJuice article offers practical advice about decision-oriented requests and discusses using relevant context. It does not establish that this habit causes better outcomes or separates a measurable group of AI “winners” from everyone else. Its claims about surveys and studies are not independently confirmed here, so they should not be treated as verified statistics. The useful takeaway is the request-writing practice, not a demonstrated promise of superior results.
