Its defining features are faux-leather upholstery, an adjustable lumbar mechanism built into the backrest and 4D armrests. It is not the newer LEGEND DOOM: The Dark Ages Edition.
What the HERO DOOM Edition includes
Noblechairs lists a cold-foam upholstery core, steel frame, aluminium base, polyurethane armrests, 60 mm casters and a Class 4 gas lift. The armrests adjust in four directions, and the backrest has an integrated lumbar-support mechanism operated by a side-mounted dial. The manufacturer describes the HERO line as its largest, with an enlarged seat, backrest and armrests; the measurements below are more useful for checking your fit.

The manufacturer also lists DIN EN 1335 office-chair certification. These are product-page specifications, not independent test results. The chair uses faux leather, so it is not the fabric-upholstered option for buyers who specifically prefer fabric.
Dimensions and weight: check the conflicting limit
The German HERO DOOM product page lists these measurements and ratings:

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
| Specification | Manufacturer listing |
|---|---|
| Overall height | 130–139 cm |
| Backrest height | 89 cm |
| Backrest width | 57 cm outer; 32 cm inner |
| Seat depth | 48 cm |
| Seat width | 52 cm outer; 33 cm inner |
| Adjustable seat height | 48–57 cm |
| Backrest angle | 90–125 degrees |
| Maximum seat tilt | 11 degrees |
| Product weight | 29 kg |
| Weight guidance | 150 kg maximum recommended weight; a separate field says “Weight Limit” of 120 kg |
The two weight entries do not agree. Confirm the applicable limit with noblechairs before relying on either figure. To judge fit, compare the 33 cm inner seat width and 48 cm seat depth with your own seated measurements, and check that the 48–57 cm seat-height range works with your desk and legs. Outer width describes the chair’s footprint rather than the usable seat area.
Are the cushions included?
The product page says the head cushion and lumbar cushion are not included. The lumbar-support mechanism itself is built into the backrest, so the absence of a separate lumbar cushion does not mean the chair lacks lumbar adjustment.

HERO DOOM versus LEGEND DOOM: The Dark Ages
These are different chairs, not alternate names for the same edition. The title’s model is the HERO DOOM Edition. Noblechairs separately lists a LEGEND DOOM: The Dark Ages Edition with a different design. Do not use the LEGEND listing’s price, materials or specifications to evaluate the HERO.
Price and availability depend on region
When the manufacturer’s pages were accessed in 2026, the German HERO listing showed €449.90 including VAT and “In Stock”; the UK listing showed £419.99 including VAT and “In Stock.” These are time-sensitive regional listing snapshots, not a current price guarantee or a delivered-cost comparison. Assembly, care and buying checks
Noblechairs links assembly instructions for the HERO series and a gas-lift removal guide from its product page. That documentation does not establish which replacement parts are currently available or whether a third-party gas lift or caster fits. Ask the manufacturer to confirm compatibility before ordering a replacement. The product information reviewed does not establish independent comfort or long-term durability results, so treat the materials and construction details as manufacturer claims rather than proof of how the chair will feel or wear over time.
- Confirm you are buying the HERO DOOM Edition, not the LEGEND Dark Ages edition.
- Check inner seat width, seat depth and seat-height range against your needs and desk.
- Ask noblechairs to clarify the conflicting 120 kg and 150 kg weight entries if the rating matters to you.
- Verify your local price, stock, shipping, taxes and return conditions before purchase.
