The Magic: The Gathering Corn Maze Secret Lair Superdrop has eight releases: three themed around Jim Henson’s Labyrinth, one each for KPop Demon Hunters and Marvel: Zombies, plus three other collections. Wizards of the Coast lists individual drops at $29.99 non-foil or $39.99 foil. Its announcement gives conflicting sale dates—October 12 and October 14, 2026—so check the live Secret Lair store before planning a purchase.
What’s in the Corn Maze Superdrop?
The eight releases pair existing Magic cards with new artwork and, in several cases, alternate character names. Wizards of the Coast’s September 30, 2026 announcement lists the following contents.
Jim Henson’s Labyrinth: Fear Me, Love Me
- Muxus, Goblin Grandee as “Jareth, Goblin King”
- Boggart Shenanigans as “Call Out the Goblins!”
- Dance with Calamity as “Dance with Goblins”

- Trinisphere as “I’ve Brought You a Gift”
Jim Henson’s Labyrinth: Should You Need Us
- Jodah, the Unifier as “Sarah, Champion to the Lost”
- Lu Xun, Scholar General as “Sir Didymus, Rider of Ambrosius // Sir Didymus, Faithful Companion”
- Kami of the Crescent Moon as “The Worm, Sagely Guide”
- Kogla, the Titan Ape as “Ludo, Rock Caller”
- Shigeki, Jukai Visionary as “The Wiseman, Eccentric Oracle”

Jim Henson’s Labyrinth: Through the Labyrinth
- Timely Ward as “Rescue in the 13th Hour”
- Chronomantic Escape as “Under Jareth’s Spell”
- Delayed Blast Fireball as “Frenzy of the Fireys”
- Tempt with Discovery as “The Goblin King’s Offer”

When does it go on sale?
Wizards’ announcement is inconsistent. Its opening and closing launch statements say October 12, 2026, while a checklist in the same announcement says the sale begins October 14. GamesRadar’s contemporaneous report also gives October 12. Treat October 12 as the better-supported date, not a fully settled one, and verify the date on the official announcement or store before checkout.
The announcement says the pre-queue opens at 8 a.m. PT, one hour before the stated 9 a.m. PT sale start. To join, add any product to your cart and proceed to checkout. When the sale starts, queued customers are assigned places randomly; people entering afterward join in checkout order. Wizards’ ordering guidance says, “Adding products to your cart does not reserve them.” Completing checkout does.
