Can the Pixi work for a newborn?
Milly + Coup says the standard seat reclines fully flat and is suitable from birth. The brand also offers an optional parent-facing newborn pack for the first six months. These are manufacturer suitability statements, not an independent assessment of newborn positioning. Check the product configuration and instructions for the exact setup you intend to use.
What comes with it?
The product page says the basic package includes a carry bag, belly bar and harness covers. The listed contents differ if you select the newborn pack or cocoon, so confirm the contents for your chosen configuration before ordering. Because a carry bag is included in the basic package, a separate stroller travel bag is an optional extra rather than a necessary purchase.

Will it fit in an airline overhead locker?
The folded dimensions are compact, and Milly + Coup says the fold is designed for overhead lockers. That is not a guarantee of cabin acceptance: airlines set their own carry-on requirements, which can vary. The product-page FAQ advises: “Because every airline has its own carry-on requirements, we recommend checking with your airline before you travel.” Confirm the airline’s current stroller and cabin-baggage rules for your route and flight. The maker also says damage caused by airline handling is outside its warranty.
How much independent evidence is public?
CHOICE’s public listing supplies a 2024 test year, weight, dimensions, capacity figures and warranty length, but its detailed performance results are behind a membership wall. The public information therefore does not establish a test score or a particular result for durability, ride comfort or handling.

Milly + Coup says the Pixi was tested by Intertek and says it complies with Australian Consumer Protection Notice No. 8 of 2007 and the voluntary AS 2088:2022 standard. Those are claims published by the manufacturer; the product page does not provide enough public detail to independently assess the underlying test report.

The product is positioned by its maker as a travel and quick-convenience stroller. Its listed weight, compact folded dimensions, included carry bag and 22 kg seat capacity make those the key published features to weigh against your needs. Its basket limit is 5 kg, so account for that if you routinely carry more with the stroller.

Milly + Coup says its larger Milo2 or Leo is preferable for frequent rough-terrain use or a larger basket. That is the manufacturer’s own comparison, not a controlled head-to-head test. If comparing strollers, check folded size against your airline’s policy, carrying weight, newborn orientation, child and basket limits, wheel and suspension needs, included accessories, and current warranty and return terms.

The manufacturer product page showed an offer price of $349.99 against a prior listed price of $449.99 when it was recorded; prices and stock can change, so check the live page for the current total and selected package.
