The MediaTek Dimensity 7300X is a 4nm-class mobile platform with four Cortex-A78 CPU cores, four Cortex-A55 cores, and an Arm Mali-G615 GPU. In Tom’s Guide’s 2025 review, the Motorola Razr (2024), which uses this chip, scored 1,055 single-core and 2,999 multi-core in Geekbench and 19 FPS in 3DMark Wild Life Unlimited. Those are results for one phone under that publisher’s test conditions—not a universal score for every Dimensity 7300X device.

MediaTek Dimensity 7300X specifications

MediaTek’s official Dimensity 7300X specifications describe a platform for phones and foldables. Its listed features are capabilities that manufacturers may implement differently; a chipset specification does not guarantee that every phone includes every feature or supports every listed maximum.

Dimensity 7300X benchmark results

Tom’s Guide’s 2025 Motorola Razr review reports the following results for the Motorola Razr (2024), identifying its processor as the Dimensity 7300X:

#1 Best Overall
AGM G3 Pro Flagship Rugged Phone, 512x384 25fps Thermal Camera, 24GB+512GB
  • PROFESSIONAL THERMAL VISION | The 512x384 thermal camera combines smooth 25fps imaging with 40mK thermal sensitivity to reveal subtle heat differences during electrical checks, HVAC diagnostics, engine inspections, building maintenance and repairs. With dual temperature ranges reaching up to 550°C, G3 Pro puts a serious thermal tool directly in your phone for troubleshooting and field work
  • T-MOBILE CONNECTIVITY | Designed for compatible T-Mobile service in the U.S., G3 Pro android phone supports 5G where available, 4G LTE, Dual Nano SIM and Dual Standby for flexible work, personal and travel use. Fast mobile data keeps navigation, cloud files, video calls and field apps moving, while NFC and multi-satellite positioning add useful support for payments and navigation
  • FAST PERFORMANCE, SERIOUS STORAGE | The 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 pairs 12GB physical RAM with up to 12GB memory expansion for responsive multitasking across maps, reports, streaming and everyday apps. 512GB built-in storage plus up to 1TB expandable space gives you room for thermal records, photos, video and offline files, while the 6.72" FHD+ 120Hz display keeps scrolling and navigation fluid
  • 10000MAH POWER, FLEXIBLE CHARGING – Built for long shifts, road trips, navigation and extended days away from a charger, the 10000mAh battery delivers serious endurance while the approximately 375g body keeps G3 Pro more manageable than many extreme-battery rugged phones. Recharge with 33W USB-C PD, use 18W wireless charging, or share power through reverse charging with compatible devices
  • BUILT TOUGH, LOUD AND READY OUTSIDE | IP68/IP69K protection and MIL-STD-810H durability help G3 Pro handle rain, dust, mud, drops and demanding jobsite conditions, while the powerful 116dB speaker keeps calls, alerts and navigation easier to hear in noisy surroundings. A built-in camping light, 64MP Sony main camera, 50MP front camera, OTG and 3.5mm audio add practical tools for inspections, night tasks, work records and outdoor use
Test Reported result
Geekbench single-core 1,055
Geekbench multi-core 2,999
3DMark Wild Life Unlimited 19 FPS
Adobe Premiere Rush video transcoding 0:54

Tom’s Guide’s review and comparison table report these figures for that Razr, not for a chip tested in isolation. A phone benchmark reflects the complete handset: its memory configuration, software, cooling and thermal behavior, power settings, and test conditions all affect the result. The Premiere Rush time is likewise a whole-device result, not a controlled chip-only comparison.

How to interpret the numbers

  • Geekbench single-core and multi-core scores describe different CPU workloads; neither on its own predicts every everyday task.
  • 3DMark Wild Life Unlimited is a graphics workload, and the reported frame rate belongs to the tested phone and setup.
  • The available figures establish a result for one identified phone. They do not establish a range across Dimensity 7300X phones or a reliable ranking against other chipsets.

For a meaningful comparison between phones, look for the same benchmark and version, distinguish CPU from graphics results, and compare the specific phone and memory configuration. Sustained performance comparisons also need comparable thermal and power conditions. The available results do not provide a matched, multi-device test set.

What MediaTek’s performance claims mean

MediaTek advertises 20% faster FPS, 20% better energy efficiency, and a 2X NPU performance upgrade on its Dimensity 7300X page. The visible product-page material does not establish the complete comparison baselines for these statements or provide independent confirmation. Treat them as vendor claims, not as conclusions demonstrated by the Razr benchmark figures above.

Phones with the Dimensity 7300X

Motorola razr (2024)

The Motorola Razr (2024) is the handset behind the benchmark results above. Motorola’s US specifications list the Dimensity 7300X alongside 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB storage, and a 4,200mAh non-removable battery. The same configuration has a 6.9-inch main display and a 3.6-inch external display. These are handset specifications, not features guaranteed by the processor. See Motorola’s US razr (2024) specifications.

Motorola razr 50

Motorola also lists the Dimensity 7300X for the razr 50. That identifies another phone using the platform, but the available information here does not establish its benchmark performance, current price, or retail availability.

Bottom line

The Dimensity 7300X combines a 4nm-class, eight-core CPU design with a Mali-G615 GPU and a broad set of platform capabilities. The clearest published benchmark reference here is the Motorola Razr (2024): Tom’s Guide reported 1,055 single-core and 2,999 multi-core Geekbench, plus 19 FPS in 3DMark Wild Life Unlimited. Use those figures as a result for that phone, not as a guaranteed score for another 7300X device.
