What should you do when the warning appears?
- Do not continue to the site just to test it. Close the tab or use the browser’s back control.
- If you downloaded or opened something before the warning, run a scan with your installed security software and remove anything it identifies. Review recently installed browser extensions or applications if you notice unexpected changes.
- Keep the block in place unless you have a specific, well-understood reason to change it. The vendor’s warning concerns the domain’s reported abuse, not a harmless connection error.
How Malwarebytes says to allow the domain on Windows
Malwarebytes documents an exclusion control in its Windows application. The path is:
- Open Malwarebytes and go to Detection History.
- Select Allow List.
- Choose Add.
- Select Allow a website.
- Choose Add a URL, enter the domain, and select Done.
This procedure excludes the domain from the product’s blocking behavior; it is not a safety recommendation or confirmation that the site is safe. Allow-listing can remove a protective check, so only use it when you understand the consequence and have a specific reason to accept the reported risk.

How the historical traffic reference fits
The Motion Picture Association’s 2023 Notorious Markets filing reported 68.9 million combined visits in August 2023 for a network of eight MyFlixer sites, attributing the figure to SimilarWeb.
