A successful exchange does not necessarily put the item directly into your character’s inventory. The same guide says rewards are delivered to Friend (Mail), the mailbox beside the chat area.

Make sure you are submitting the code, not just entering it
The code is not redeemed when it is merely visible in the text box. After entering it on the Exchange screen, tap Claim and wait for the game’s response. If the button is disabled, the field may be empty, contain only spaces, or have rejected an unsupported character. Clear the field and enter the code again rather than repeatedly tapping a disabled control.
Check whether the code is still current
Promotional code lists are volatile. A code can be copied across several sites after it has expired, and a page’s publication date does not guarantee that every entry remains valid. Pocket Gamer’s October 11, 2026 update identified MIST253 as active at that time and marked several earlier entries as expired. That is a dated status report, not a promise that MIST253—or any other code—will work after the listing changes.

Check account setup before assuming the feature is broken

- Confirm that the game has completed its login process rather than running in an unlinked guest state.
- Verify that the account shown in the game is the account where you want the reward.

- Clear the field completely.
