Confirm the issuer and follow that code’s official instructions before troubleshooting the error.
First, identify the code and its redemption route
Check where the code came from and what it was issued for. A Google Play promotion is not automatically a Lineage 2: Revolution coupon, and general Google Play promotion guidance does not define the game’s coupon rules.

- Google Play promotional code: Use the redemption method specified by Google Play or the promotion issuer. Google notes that some app promotions must be redeemed inside the app rather than through the Play Store’s general code flow. See Google Play’s promotion redemption guidance.
- In-game coupon: Check the official news or support instructions for the exact regional edition and version you play. Coupon pages can be region-specific, so do not assume a page for one service applies to every player.
If a Google Play promotional code is rejected
These checks apply to Google Play promotions; they are not established rules for every Lineage 2: Revolution coupon.

- Check the promotion’s expiration date.
- Confirm that the Google account and region meet the promotion’s eligibility terms.
- Check whether the code has already been redeemed.
- If the offer is for an app, follow the issuer’s instructions about whether redemption must take place inside that app.
Google’s promotion guidance covers these general checks. If the code came from a separate issuer, that issuer’s terms determine its offer and eligibility.

If an in-game coupon is rejected
Use the official coupon instructions for your game’s region and version. Netmarble’s coupon page for a regional Lineage 2: Revolution edition says: “Coupons that have already been used or have expired cannot be redeemed.” That statement is specific to the edition covered by that page; it should not be treated as a confirmed global policy.
- Check that the coupon is intended for your regional service and that you are using the redemption route named in its official instructions.
- Verify that the coupon has not expired or already been used, where the applicable edition’s instructions identify those as reasons for rejection.
- Do not use third-party code generators or infer that a regional coupon page governs another edition.
If the coupon is accepted but the reward is missing
Netmarble’s regional coupon page says rewards are sent to the mailbox of the selected character. For that regional workflow, check that you selected the intended server and character, then open that character’s in-game mailbox. If necessary, log in again as that character.

The same page notes that PC users who do not receive rewards may need to log in using the mobile version. Treat this as guidance for the regional edition documented on the page, not a universal instruction for all Lineage 2: Revolution players. Check your edition’s official directions before switching devices.
When to contact Netmarble support
If the correct official route and edition-specific checks do not resolve the issue, contact Netmarble through its support portal. The support sign-in page says support can also be accessed from inside the game without signing in. The game is also listed in Google Play, which provides the publisher’s support email.

To make the issue easier to investigate, include the exact error text, your game region, server and character, the approximate redemption time, and a screenshot. These details are practical suggestions, not a published Netmarble checklist.
