“LG cashback” can mean several different things. The right place to check depends on the reward you expected:

How to check an LG cashback claim
- Find the exact offer. Open the campaign page or terms from the offer email or the place where you saw the promotion. Confirm the country, eligible product model, seller, purchase dates, claim deadline and the official submission route. Do not assume that a general LG order-status page tracks a rebate claim.
- Check eligibility against the terms. Match the model and retailer on your receipt to the offer’s eligible products and sellers, and confirm the purchase falls within its dates. For US appliance rebates, LG directs customers to its promotional rebates site to find active offers and claim an eligible rebate; availability of potential energy rebates can depend on location and product. - Open the campaign’s own claim portal or status link. Use the URL named in the terms, confirmation message or campaign email. As one campaign-specific example, LG USA’s NFL Shop TV reward offer covers eligible LG.com purchases made September 14–October 4, 2026, requires a claim within 30 days of purchase and routes submissions through its linked LG promotions portal. - Review your submission and messages. Look for the claim confirmation number and status email. Check that your name, email address, product model or SKU, purchase date, serial number if requested, and payment or mailing details were entered correctly. Make sure the receipt is legible and shows the details required by the offer. Search your inbox, spam and junk folders for LG and the promotion administrator’s name.
- Respond to missing-information requests promptly. If a message asks you to correct or add something, use its official link and meet the deadline in that message or the campaign terms. A historical LG UltraGear OLED monitor offer, for example, gave recipients seven calendar days to provide missing information; that was a rule for that campaign, not a general LG deadline. - Allow the time stated for your reward. Use the processing window in the offer terms or your claim confirmation. The MyLG points and store-credit timings in the table above describe different programs and should not be applied to promotional cash, prepaid cards or gift cards.
Common reasons an LG cashback claim may be delayed or rejected
A missing payment alone does not show which problem occurred. Check the campaign status and terms for the explanation. Common issues to verify include:

- The product model or retailer was not eligible, or the purchase fell outside the offer dates.
- The claim was submitted after the campaign deadline or did not include required details or proof of purchase.
- A receipt image was unreadable, or information such as the model, purchase date or serial number was missing or inconsistent.
- LG or the promotion administrator requested additional information and did not receive it by the stated deadline.
- The claim is still being validated, or the reward was sent to the email address, account or payment destination entered on the claim.
These are checks, not a diagnosis. Follow the actual status notice and offer rules rather than assuming a specific cause.

- Gather a concise record. Have your claim ID, receipt or order number, product model, purchase date, retailer, claim-submission date and confirmation email ready. Keep copies of status messages and any information you sent in response to a request.
- Contact the support channel named in the offer. If the campaign’s stated processing window has passed, or the status has not changed after you supplied requested information, contact the campaign support channel shown in its terms or status email. Include the claim ID and relevant purchase details so support can locate the submission.
- Use only official channels and protect payment details. Open the portal or contact information from LG’s campaign page, terms or verified status message. Do not send full payment-card or bank details through an unverified email or link.
If the missing reward is not cashback
MyLG Rewards points
Sign in to the MyLG account associated with the purchase and check the points balance. LG says MyLG points typically become available after the return period, usually 20–35 days. That timing is for program points; it does not set a payout schedule for a separate promotion. See LG’s MyLG Rewards information.
LG store credit
LG directs customers to contact support about a service-credit request. If LG determines you are eligible, it sends a Service Credit Form by SMS for online submission and verification. LG says an email confirmation follows within 24–48 hours after the form is submitted and verified; the credit is LG.com reward points, not cash. See the LG Store Credit Program details.
Order confirmation or order status
Check spam and junk folders first. LG says customers can use their MyLG account or order-number lookup to check order status; if the confirmation is still missing, contact Order Support. This helps with an LG.com purchase record, not a promotion claim. See LG’s order FAQs.
