The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 and Lava Bold 2 5G are listed with nearly the same headline hardware: a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display at 120Hz, MediaTek Dimensity 7060, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, 50MP main camera and 5000mAh battery. Neither phone is an obvious winner on those figures alone. Their listed India prices conflict across comparison sites, so there is no reliable price difference to quote without checking a live seller listing.
At a glance: the listed specifications
The following figures are reported by comparison sites, not confirmed product specifications from Lava or results of independent testing. 91mobiles and Smartprix list the same display, chipset, memory and main-camera specifications for both models; Gadgets360 also lists matching selfie-camera and battery figures.

What the shared hardware means in practice
Display and performance
On the listed specifications, both phones offer the same screen size, resolution class and refresh rate, as well as the same processor and memory configuration. Those similarities do not prove that the panels look identical or that everyday performance is equal: comparison listings do not provide equivalent hands-on testing, measurements or results for both phones.

Cameras and battery
The listed 50MP rear cameras, 8MP front cameras and 5000mAh capacities are also alike. Megapixel counts and battery capacity alone cannot establish photo quality, charging speed or real-world endurance. 91mobiles shows a PCMark battery figure for the Blaze AMOLED 2 but no comparable Bold 2 result, so that figure cannot fairly identify a battery-life winner.

Price difference: comparison listings disagree
There is no dependable current price gap in the available listings. One 91mobiles result shows ₹12,890 for the Blaze AMOLED 2 and ₹12,999 for the Bold 2 5G, a difference of ₹109. Smartprix reports ₹18,899 and ₹16,999 respectively, with its data marked updated September 10, 2026; that snapshot instead makes the Bold 2 ₹1,900 cheaper. Another 91mobiles result reports the phones out of stock. These are conflicting marketplace snapshots, not verified live checkout prices.
Before buying in India, compare the final seller price and confirm the exact model and 6GB/128GB variant, delivery availability, return terms and warranty. Lava’s official catalog pages found for this comparison cover other Blaze models rather than these exact phones, so they do not verify their official prices or support terms: Lava’s official site.

Software, updates and support remain unclear
A comparison result lists Android 15 for both models and says the Blaze AMOLED 2 receives one year of OS updates while the Bold 2 5G receives two years. The update fields are incomplete or inconsistent across listings, and no exact-model official commitment was found. Do not treat that reported difference as a confirmed support promise; check the seller or Lava for written terms before purchase.
Launch dates are also inconsistent in 91mobiles listings: one result gives August 11, 2025 for the Blaze AMOLED 2 and February 13, 2026 for the Bold 2 5G, while another gives August 16, 2025 and March 19, 2026. These dates are unverified and do not settle which phone is newer.
Quick Recap
Which one should you buy?
- Choose based on the verified deal. Since the listed core hardware is similar, compare live checkout prices for the exact variant rather than relying on conflicting comparison-site prices.
- Check evidence for the features you value. If camera quality, battery endurance, software updates or warranty support will decide the purchase, seek comparable reviews or written terms; the available listings do not establish a clear advantage for either model on those points.
- Confirm the seller details. Check stock, delivery, return policy and warranty before paying, especially because one listing reports both phones out of stock.
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
