If a Last Asylum: Plague gift code fails, check that it is current, enter it exactly as issued, and confirm it has not already been claimed or restricted by region. The official in-game redemption route is Profile → Settings → Gift Code; after a successful claim, look for the reward in your in-game mail.

Tap Confirm. If redemption succeeds, check your in-game mail for the reward.

Work through the common reasons a code fails
The code may have expired
Gift codes are time-sensitive, and an expired code will not redeem. The game’s official code listing can change, so an old list—especially one copied from another site—is not proof that a code still works. Check the current official listing linked from the official code page.
There may be a typing or capitalization error
Compare the entered code with its original announcement character by character. The official guide notes that spelling and capital letters matter; avoid adding spaces before or after the code.

Most codes can be used only once per account, according to the official guide and FAQ. If you have already claimed it on that account, trying it again is not expected to grant another reward.

The code may be limited by region
Some codes are region-specific, the game’s official help pages say. A code distributed for a different region may therefore fail even if it has not expired and was entered correctly.
Redemption may have succeeded, but the reward is elsewhere
Successful code rewards are delivered through in-game mail. Check the mailbox before retrying the code; a successful claim may not display as an item immediately in the screen where you entered it.

The official help pages document the Profile/Settings route, but do not confirm that the option appears on every platform or provide an official web redemption alternative. If you cannot find Gift Code, look for current instructions from the game’s publisher or support channel for your platform. An unofficial guide describes a web route, but it is not enough to treat that route as officially supported.
Do not pay a seller for a gift code
The official FAQ says official gift codes are free and warns players to be cautious of sellers, since paid codes may be scams. Do not share account credentials or payment details with a seller claiming to provide a redeemable code. See the official FAQ for the game’s guidance.
