Can Bits be converted into Bucks?
No. The guides that address the question report that Bits and Bucks cannot be exchanged directly. Because the two currencies are reported as serving different purposes, a Bits balance does not become redeemable simply because a player holds it for a long time or spends it on play. If you see a claim that a conversion tool exists, check it against official Kickr documentation before acting on it.

How to redeem Kickr coins
Secondary coverage describes redemption as a conditional process. Based on the reporting, a Bucks balance may be eligible for gift cards or cash prizes only after the platform’s playthrough and minimum-balance requirements are satisfied. The exact thresholds are not something to plan around. Playthrough multiples and minimums are typically set in the platform’s current terms, which change over time, and the figures reported in 2026 guides may no longer apply.

Is Kickr still operating?
The reporting on this point conflicts, and the most recent items are the most concerning. A Phandroid article dated May 28, 2026 said Kickr was not active at the time of publication. A Ballislife article dated July 9, 2026 reported that Kickr had planned to close in March 2026 and had stopped accepting registrations and purchases. Both are secondary reports. We did not find an official Kickr statement confirming the closure, its date, or what happens to existing balances.

Because the reported closure date, March 2026, has already passed as of this writing in October 2026, any article that describes Kickr as a current service should be treated with caution. Readers should assume the platform’s status is uncertain until Kickr itself confirms it.
What to do if you hold Bits or Bucks
- Check login and balance access first. If you can still see the balance, note it and the date.
- Look for an official notice. Check the Kickr website, its app, and any account email for a closure, redemption deadline, or payout process.
- Do not buy new coins until the platform’s status is confirmed, since reported purchase availability is unclear.
