Public product information points to pulse use for ice, but no controlled result establishes how efficiently this model crushes it. Likewise, the dough tool is listed, but the available product specifications do not state a flour limit. There is not enough evidence to promise that the FDP642BK will handle 500 g of flour at a time; use a model-specific manual or verified test for load limits.

Appliances Online reports dimensions of 400 × 210 × 220 mm and a weight of 3.3 kg for the black FDP642BK. These are retailer-reported figures, so confirm them against documentation for your region if storage clearance or carrying weight is decisive.

CHOICE lists the FDP642BK as discontinued and identifies it as a food processor/blender combo. Its public listing shows basic specifications, including a 2,000 mL capacity, 3 kg weight and dimensions of 40 × 22 × 26 cm. Those figures differ from Kenwood’s and the retailer’s listings, so treat specifications as source-specific rather than assuming the measurements are identical.

The Kenwood FDP642BK instruction text warns: “The blades and discs are very sharp, handle with care.” It advises holding them by the finger grip and away from the cutting edge when handling or cleaning. It also states: “DO NOT process hot ingredients.”
