What JSW Dulux disclosed
In its Regulation 30 disclosure dated August 21, 2026, addressed to BSE and NSE, JSW Dulux reported Totla’s resignation from his whole-time board role. The company said his resignation letter was dated August 21, 2026, and that his last working day would be no later than the close of business hours on November 17, 2026. It did not give a specific earlier departure date.

The notice describes the reason as “due to his personal and professional reasons.” It also says Totla confirmed there were no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his letter. Which roles did Totla hold?
The resignation concerned his position as Wholetime Director. JSW Dulux also identified him as Executive Director and Chief Business Officer. These are the titles used in the company’s notice; it does not describe a separate resignation from a non-board position.

A governance filing for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, listed Totla as an active Executive Director, with DIN 10391749, appointed on November 16, 2023. - May 14, 2026: Totla participated in JSW Dulux’s Q4 FY 2026 investor call as a Whole-Time Director.
- June 30, 2026: The quarter-end governance return listed him as an active Executive Director.
- August 21, 2026: JSW Dulux dated its Regulation 30 resignation notice and Totla’s resignation letter.
- On or before November 17, 2026: The notice set this as the latest expected last working day, at close of business hours.

What the notice does not establish
