Is VoyraCloud VPS Any Good? Plans, Prices, Performance and Limits

VoyraCloud has three VPS categories and published plans from $4.50/month, but traffic caps, non-contractual uptime claims and limited benchmark evidence matter when choosing a plan.

VoyraCloud offers Cloud VPS, Windows VPS and Residential IP VPS, with purchase-guide prices starting at $4.50, $12 and $9 per month respectively. Whether it is a good fit depends on the workload and region: its published plan details are specific, but performance evidence covers only one tested configuration, its uptime percentages are not contractual guarantees, and outbound traffic slows sharply after the allowance runs out.

What VoyraCloud sells—and who each VPS type is for

VoyraCloud describes its virtual servers as KVM-based, with proprietary storage and network bandwidth. Its documentation lists websites, development environments, e-commerce, blogs, forums and remote Windows workloads among possible uses. Those are vendor-described use cases, not independent confirmation that every plan suits every workload. VoyraCloud’s platform overview provides its product description.

Cloud VPS

A general-purpose virtual server for workloads such as a small website, development environment or self-managed application. Choose it when you need a conventional Linux VPS and can size CPU, memory, storage and outbound transfer to match the workload.

Windows VPS

A virtual server intended for Windows workloads. The purchase guide lists Windows Server 2022 images for this category. Its starting price is higher than the listed Cloud VPS entry plan, so compare the Windows-specific resource allocation against your actual software requirements rather than treating the categories as interchangeable.

Residential IP VPS

A separate category marketed around residential IP use. The purchase guide lists both Linux and some Windows Server 2022 configurations, but image availability may depend on the exact plan. Verify the address type, region and acceptable-use conditions for your intended service before ordering; the category name alone does not establish that every target service will accept or treat an address in a particular way.

How much does VoyraCloud VPS cost?

The following is a vendor-published purchase-guide snapshot available in 2026; prices and configurations can change. All listed plans show 200 Mbps bandwidth. Confirm the current checkout price, region and available images before purchase. VoyraCloud’s purchase guide lists the plans and resources.

The purchase guide lists Cloud and Windows VPS in Los Angeles, Washington, Frankfurt, London, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. Residential IP VPS is listed in Los Angeles, Washington, Frankfurt and London. That does not guarantee every configuration or operating-system image is available in every listed location; check the desired plan at checkout. Listed Linux images for Cloud and Residential IP VPS include Debian 12.7, Ubuntu 24.04, CentOS Stream 9 and Rocky Linux 9.5.

The pricing page separately states starting prices of $4.50 for Cloud VPS, $9 for Residential IP VPS and $12 for Windows VPS, and its FAQ lists a $5 IPv4 change fee. Treat that fee as a vendor-published figure that may change, and check whether it applies to the specific change you need. VoyraCloud’s pricing page contains those additional statements.

Is VoyraCloud fast? What the available evidence says

The independent evidence identified is narrow: VPSBenchmarks reports that it bought, set up and tested one VoyraCloud Residential IP VPS Standard instance on June 8, 2026, and updated the trial on June 9. Its listing identifies 2 CPU cores, 4 GB memory, 60 GB disk, a $15 monthly price, and $12 per month on a one-year term. Those are the tested plan’s listed specifications and pricing, not a provider-wide performance score. See the VPSBenchmarks VoyraCloud trial for the benchmark’s detailed results.

One trial cannot establish how fast or reliable all VoyraCloud plans are, or predict performance in another region, on another service category, or under a different workload. The available evidence does not support a provider-wide fast-or-slow verdict. VoyraCloud’s descriptions of premium BGP bandwidth and storage I/O acceleration are marketing claims, not substitutes for measurements of the plan and location you intend to use.

Does VoyraCloud have an uptime SLA?

No formal uptime guarantee is established by the cited provider material. VoyraCloud documentation states 99.95% uptime, while the homepage FAQ says, “We can currently achieve 99.95% uptime, but we do not provide formal uptime guarantees.” The pricing page uses a different figure, 99.9% stability. These are inconsistent vendor statements, not contractual uptime commitments. Review the current terms for any written service-level agreement before relying on uptime compensation or remedies. The homepage FAQ and pricing page contain the respective claims.

What happens when VoyraCloud traffic runs out?

VoyraCloud describes inbound traffic as free and unlimited, while outbound traffic counts against the plan allowance. Its documentation says maximum bandwidth is reduced to 1 kbps once the allowance is exhausted; customers can buy additional traffic. That reduction can make a server impractical for serving a busy site, downloads or other outbound-heavy tasks until more traffic is purchased or the allowance resets, so include likely egress and top-up cost in the budget. VoyraCloud’s documentation describes the traffic policy.

Renewals, refunds and other costs to check

Automatic renewal

The legal terms state that prices are denominated in US dollars, fees can change when updated on the platform, and prepaid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected term unless auto-renewal is disabled in account settings. A discounted term price should therefore be evaluated alongside its renewal conditions. VoyraCloud’s terms set out the billing language.

Refund window and fee

The support page says a refund may be requested within 30 days of VPS creation and that an approved refund incurs a 10% processing fee. Within the first 24 hours, it describes a full refund minus that fee if traffic use is at or below 5 GB; after 24 hours, the refund is prorated. It says refunds are unavailable after 30 days. These are policy conditions, not an unconditional promise of approval, so read the current support policy and retain the order details before relying on a refund. VoyraCloud’s support page describes the process.

How to decide if VoyraCloud fits your workload

  • Match the service type: use Cloud VPS for a general Linux server, Windows VPS for a Windows-dependent workload, and consider Residential IP VPS only after verifying that its address characteristics meet your legitimate use case.
  • Check the location: choose an available region suitable for the users or services your server must reach, and confirm the exact configuration is offered there.
  • Size the resources: compare CPU, RAM and storage with the application’s needs, then estimate outbound transfer. The entry price is not the effective cost if traffic top-ups are likely.
  • Set an evidence threshold: the independent trial covers one Residential IP VPS configuration, not every plan or region. If production performance matters, test the exact plan and location during a period when you can still change providers.
  • Check commitments: do not treat vendor uptime percentages as an SLA; establish whether the contract offers an uptime remedy and whether support response commitments meet your needs.
  • Calculate total billing exposure: account for the selected term, auto-renewal setting, possible fee changes, traffic purchases, any relevant IP change fee and the refund processing fee.
  • Review acceptable use and privacy: confirm the service terms and your data-handling requirements before putting sensitive or regulated workloads on any VPS.

Verdict

VoyraCloud is a plausible option to investigate when its listed service type, regional availability and resource combination match a modest VPS workload. Its published entry prices and configurations make initial comparison straightforward. The key cautions are the 1 kbps bandwidth cap after outbound allowance is exhausted, the absence of a formal uptime guarantee in the cited FAQ, and the limited scope of independent performance evidence. For a workload that requires contractual availability or proven performance in a particular region, verify those commitments and test the exact configuration before depending on it.
