What does the Deluxe Edition add?
The publisher’s edition announcement describes three additional vehicles, three Arcade events, a livery pack, a player banner pack, and an 80-page digital art book. The PlayStation Store also summarizes Deluxe content, with some wording that differs from the announcement. The publisher states: “All additional content in the Deluxe Edition will also be available for purchase as DLC at launch in the Deluxe Upgrade.” Read the official edition announcement.
That makes Deluxe an optional package of extra content, not a free-to-play entry point. The $19.99 Upgrade is listed separately, but buyers should check the applicable platform’s eligibility and purchase terms rather than assume it is a better-value route than buying Deluxe outright.
Are there physical editions or preorder bonuses?
The official announcement describes physical Standard and Deluxe Editions for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, as well as a Collector’s Edition. The Collector’s Edition includes Deluxe digital content, a metal Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder model, a banner, pilot patches, a printed art book, a steel case, and a box. These physical editions are distinct from the digital edition prices listed above.
The publisher also announced a repulsorcraft livery and multiplayer player banner as preorder bonuses. Since the game has launched, that announcement does not establish that the bonuses are still available to new buyers. Check the current retailer or platform listing for any applicable offer.
Does the game have microtransactions or an in-game store?
The official edition announcement and PlayStation listing establish the paid game editions and the Deluxe Upgrade, but they do not provide a complete account of every monetization mechanic in the released game. In particular, they do not establish whether the game has an in-game store, other microtransactions, or future paid content. It would be inaccurate to promise that no extra purchases exist based only on the upfront price.
