Steam Deck HQ’s October 6, 2026 lineup lists eight games for Humble Choice: four marked Steam Deck Verified and four marked Playable. That makes the bundle a potentially strong fit if you want these particular games, but it is not enough on its own to call the purchase a must-have. Humble’s live October price, terms, availability, and redemption deadline are not confirmed here, so check the offer page before subscribing.

A Verified or Playable label can help you assess Deck compatibility, but this lineup source does not provide game-by-game performance notes.
How strong is the lineup for Steam Deck play?
The clearest Deck-specific case is the even split: four listed as Verified and four as Playable. Steam Deck HQ’s Noah Kupetsky describes it this way: “Half of these games are perfect for the Steam Deck, while the others are all playable and enjoyable.” That is his editorial judgment, not a measured performance result.

Whether the selection suits you depends on whether you want these titles and their genres, not just the compatibility labels. If you are interested in only one or two, compare the live subscription cost with what you would otherwise pay for those games; the available lineup information does not establish individual game values or a separate-purchase comparison.
Should Steam Deck owners buy it?
Consider October Choice if several of the listed games appeal to you, the current price works for your budget, and the live offer’s terms and deadline suit your plans. If you are mainly buying for Deck compatibility, the four Verified and four Playable labels make the selection promising, but they do not establish performance details for each title.

Steam Deck HQ reports a $15 monthly subscription price and says subscribers receive games to keep and can cancel after purchase. Those are article-reported terms, not verified current Humble terms. Check Humble’s live October offer for the regional price, subscription conditions, availability, and redemption deadline before deciding. Do not rely on September’s offer timing to infer when October Choice ends.

- Confirm that the October bundle is still available on Humble’s current offer page.
- Check the price and subscription terms shown for your region, including cancellation details.
- Verify the offer’s redemption deadline rather than assuming an end date from a previous month’s bundle.
- Decide based on the specific games you want; the compatibility list alone does not show whether you will enjoy their genres or play experience.
Steam Deck HQ published the lineup and its compatibility labels on October 6, 2026. A Steam curator page showed September Choice expiring October 7, but that does not confirm October’s terms or availability.
