Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) pays a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock. Its latest declared payment is $0.1425 per share, scheduled for October 16, 2026, for shareholders of record September 17, 2026. Four quarterly payments at that rate would equal $0.57 per share over a year, but that annualized figure is not a guarantee of future payments.
What is HPE’s dividend?

The listed quarterly amount was $0.13 per share in 2025, before rising to $0.1425 in the 2026 declarations. The annualized amount at the latest rate is $0.57 per share ($0.1425 multiplied by four), assuming HPE continues making four payments at the same rate. It is a way to express the current quarterly rate, not a promise that HPE will make those future payments.
What is HPE’s dividend yield?
Dividend yield is the annual dividend per share divided by the share price. Using HPE’s current declared quarterly rate, the numerator would be $0.57 per share on an annualized basis, conditional on four payments at that rate. The percentage changes as the stock price changes, even if the dividend remains unchanged.
#1 Best Overall
A yield figure is meaningful only when paired with a dated share price and its source. The materials cited here do not establish a contemporaneous HPE share price, so they do not support a current percentage yield. To calculate one, divide $0.57 by HPE’s share price on a stated date and multiply by 100.
What do HPE’s cash-flow figures say about the payout?
HPE’s Q3 FY2026 earnings presentation reports $2.6 billion in year-to-date free cash flow through Q3 and $568 million in year-to-date dividend payments. The presentation also gives full-year FY2026 free-cash-flow guidance of at least $3.75 billion; that is management guidance, not a result already achieved. HPE Q3 FY2026 earnings presentation.
Rank #2
These figures provide cash-flow context, but they do not establish a forward payout ratio or prove that the dividend is sustainable. They cover a year-to-date period and a full-year forecast, respectively, and should not be treated as interchangeable. The reviewed materials do not support a current earnings payout ratio; calculating one would require a defined earnings measure and matching period.
