Which phone has the better screen for you?
The Galaxy S25 FE gives you 0.6 inches more diagonal screen area and a stated 60/120Hz refresh rate. That makes it the more natural fit if you want a larger display for video, games or reading, or value the higher listed refresh rate. Samsung specifies a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel.

How their camera systems differ
Galaxy S25 FE: a separate 3x telephoto camera
Samsung lists three rear cameras: a 50MP wide camera, a 12MP ultrawide and an 8MP telephoto camera with optical image stabilization and 3x optical zoom. The dedicated telephoto camera gives the S25 FE a distinct optical-zoom option for distant subjects.
iPhone 16: main and ultrawide cameras, plus a stated 2x option
Apple lists a 48MP Fusion main camera with sensor-shift stabilization and a 12MP ultrawide. Apple says the main sensor enables a 12MP 2x telephoto option; this is not a separate telephoto camera. The published specifications do not establish which phone takes better pictures, and megapixel counts alone do not determine image quality.
