The available listing does not verify an 18-month plan: Apple India advertises up to six months of No Cost EMI on its store, while Flipkart’s displayed example is 12 months. Check the exact variant, seller, stock and full payment breakdown at checkout before treating any headline price or tenure as available to you.
What the Flipkart listing shows
The figures below concern the iPhone 15, not the iPhone 15 Plus. Flipkart’s indexed product page listed the 128GB variant at ₹56,900 before additional offers. It also displayed a “Buy at” effective price of ₹51,205 and a 12-month no-cost EMI illustration of ₹4,742 per month. The same listing showed the 256GB variant at ₹66,900. These are listing figures, not a guaranteed price for every customer or delivery area.

Is this really the lowest price?
The available figures do not establish a market-wide or historical record low. A retailer’s “Buy at” or personalized low-price label can reflect a particular combination of card offers, coupons, exchange credit or other eligibility. The ₹51,205 figure should therefore be read as the effective price displayed with listed offers, not the unconditional cash price every shopper can pay.

For a fair comparison, compare the same new, sealed iPhone 15 configuration from sellers that provide an Indian invoice and applicable manufacturer warranty. Compare the final checkout amount after discounts—not a headline discount against another model’s launch price—and treat any exchange value separately from the phone’s price.
Does the offer include 18 interest-free installments?
The available primary pages do not confirm an 18-month no-cost EMI offer for this listing. Flipkart’s indexed page illustrates 12 months; Apple India says its own store offers up to six months of No Cost EMI. That does not prove no retailer or lender has a separate 18-month promotion, but the specific claim should not be assumed without the original retailer or bank terms.

Before relying on “up to 18 months,” find the offer terms for the exact iPhone, seller and payment method. Confirm the lender, eligible card or financing account, whether 18 months is actually selectable, applicable interest, processing fee, GST, any minimum spend, and whether discounts can be combined. Also check whether any benefit is an immediate checkout discount or a later cashback. Apple’s India buying options and financing terms describe its own store arrangements; they are not proof of a Flipkart offer.
What “No Cost EMI” can still cost
No Cost EMI does not automatically mean there are no financing charges. Apple’s terms explain that the card issuer determines eligibility, approval, tenure and exact EMI pricing. In its described arrangement, the issuer may initially charge interest and an equivalent interest amount is discounted from the transaction price. The issuer may also charge a processing or convenience fee. Check the issuer’s terms for applicable GST and charges rather than inferring that the plan is fee-free from the monthly installment.

The Flipkart illustration totals ₹56,904 when ₹4,742 is multiplied by 12. That arithmetic is close to the displayed ₹56,900 listed price, but it does not establish the complete repayment amount or the fees that may apply. The effective ₹51,205 price is also not enough to calculate a customer’s EMI without knowing which offers that customer qualifies for and the checkout financing terms.
- Start with the actual amount charged for the phone after eligible instant discounts.
- Add the down payment, all scheduled installments, processing fees and GST on applicable charges.
- Subtract only discounts that are confirmed for your order; do not count an estimated exchange value as a guaranteed discount.
Total payable = down payment + all EMI payments + applicable fees and GST − confirmed instant discounts. Use the final order and issuer disclosures to calculate it.

How to verify the price and financing before ordering
- Open the exact product listing: confirm that it is iPhone 15, the desired storage and color, and a new unit rather than refurbished or open-box stock.
- Check seller and delivery: review the seller name, invoice and warranty details, then enter your PIN code. Price and delivery availability can vary by seller, location and inventory.
- Separate each offer: note the base price, bank discount, coupon, exchange value or bonus, and any membership or wallet benefit. Check which offers can be combined.
- Select the payment option: choose the eligible card or financing provider and the exact tenure shown at checkout. Do not assume a headline “up to” tenure will be offered to your account.

Check the seller, warranty and return terms

- That the seller will provide an invoice and that the product is represented as new, sealed Indian retail stock.

A low price is not useful if the product is unavailable, the seller differs from the one you evaluated, or the warranty and return terms do not suit you. What happens if you cancel or return an EMI purchase?
A refund or cancellation does not necessarily settle an EMI plan instantly. Apple’s financing terms note that refunds, cancellations and pre-closures can affect interest or fees, while the card issuer controls financing terms. For a marketplace purchase, check both the retailer’s cancellation/refund conditions and the issuer’s rules for reversing installments, refund timing and any pre-closure charge before placing the order.
Is an iPhone 15 worth buying in 2026?
The iPhone 15 is an older generation by 2026. A lower final price can make it attractive if you want an iPhone and its capabilities meet your needs, but the discount alone does not settle whether it is the better buy. Compare its checkout price with current iPhone generations and similarly priced alternatives, considering the price gap, storage, camera features and how long you want to keep the device. Apple’s financing pages do not establish a software-support end date, so do not infer a guaranteed support horizon from the EMI offer.
Be particularly cautious if the apparent bargain depends on exchanging a phone: compare the confirmed exchange credit with what you could receive selling the old device separately. If the iPhone 15 costs only a little less than a newer model, or if the financing adds charges, the lower monthly payment may not make it the better-value purchase.
