The 6.67-inch screen has HD+ resolution of 720 × 1,600 pixels and supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Its reported peak brightness is up to 700 nits in HBM mode. These are maximum specifications; actual refresh rate and brightness can vary with settings and use.

The phone uses an octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor with 3GB of physical RAM and 64GB of built-in storage. Gadgets 360 reports virtual RAM expansion up to 6GB and a dedicated microSD card slot. The launch coverage does not state the maximum card capacity, so confirm compatibility with Infinix or the seller before choosing a card.

Cameras, battery and audio
Both the rear and front cameras are 8 megapixels. The rear camera has autofocus and includes Super Night, Dual Video, Vlog, Documents, Pro, Panorama and Time-Lapse modes. Gadgets 360 reports video recording up to 2K at 30 frames per second.
The 5,000mAh battery supports charging at up to 15W, although the launch report says the box includes a 10W adapter. Charging speed therefore depends on the supplied adapter and compatible charging equipment. The phone is also reported to have dual speakers, DTS support and an Ultra Volume Mode with a claimed increase of up to 300 percent; these are manufacturer-reported capabilities, not independent test results.

Software, connectivity and durability claims
The Smart 20 HD runs XOS 15.1 based on Android 15. Connectivity listed in the launch report includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C. Its Ultra Link feature is described as supporting Bluetooth-based offline calls, messages, voice notes and image sharing over distances up to 200 metres. That distance is a reported capability, not an independently verified range; real-world performance can depend on conditions and compatible devices.

Is the Smart 20 HD the same as the standard Smart 20?
No. The India launch report describes the Smart 20 HD, while Infinix India’s official product page is for the standard Smart 20. The official page lists a 6.78-inch display, MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate processor, 5,200mAh battery, 7.7mm thickness and XOS 16 based on Android 16 for that standard model. Those specifications do not apply to the HD variant, whose reported specifications include a 6.67-inch display, Unisoc T7250, 5,000mAh battery, 8.25mm thickness and XOS 15.1 based on Android 15.
The HD model weighs 189g, according to Gadgets 360’s launch coverage. That figure is more useful than calling the handset “lightweight” without a comparison.
