Which phone has the better processor and memory?
On the published specifications, the Hot 60 5G+ has the higher-tier listed chipset, MediaTek Dimensity 7020, compared with the Hot 60i 5G’s Dimensity 6400. It also lists 6GB RAM with LPDDR5X and UFS storage, while the 60i lists 4GB RAM with LPDDR4X and eMMC. These differences favor the 5G+ on paper for processing and memory/storage configuration, but no independent benchmark or hands-on speed comparison is established here.
Does the Hot 60i 5G have a bigger battery?
Yes. Infinix lists a 6,000mAh battery for the Hot 60i 5G and 5,200mAh for the Hot 60 5G+. Both list 18W charging and up to 10W reverse charging, although the Hot 60 5G+ page specifies 10W reverse charging. Capacity alone does not show which phone lasts longer in use; runtime also depends on display settings, signal conditions, software, and workload.

How do the displays and cameras differ?
The Hot 60i 5G has the slightly larger listed screen at 6.75 inches, against 6.7 inches on the Hot 60 5G+. Both are HD+ displays with refresh rates up to 120Hz, though the 5G+ is specifically identified as IPS LCD on its official page. Both list a 50MP rear camera. The 5G+ lists an 8MP front camera, versus 5MP on the 60i; megapixel counts alone do not establish image quality.

What do the phones share?
- Both list a 50MP rear camera and a display refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
- Both list 18W charging, IP64 protection, and microSD expansion up to 2TB. The 2TB figure is manufacturer-stated maximum support; confirm compatibility for a particular card and phone variant.
- Both are shown with Android 15-based XOS, with version 15.1.1 on the 5G+ and 15.1 on the 60i.
Which Infinix phone should you choose?
Choose the Hot 60 5G+ if
- You prioritize its listed Dimensity 7020 processor and 6GB RAM.
- You prefer the listed LPDDR5X and UFS memory/storage configuration.
- You want the higher-resolution listed front camera, at 8MP rather than 5MP.
- Its One-Tap AI Button or Ultralink Support features are relevant to you; these are Infinix feature labels, not independent assessments of performance.
Choose the Hot 60i 5G if
- You prefer the larger stated 6,000mAh battery.
- You want the slightly larger 6.75-inch screen.
- The lower official-site listed price is the deciding factor, subject to the price available at checkout.
Check the exact variant and 5G compatibility
The Hot 60 5G+ product page lists 5G bands and notes that availability depends on region and provider; Infinix gives a similar connectivity caveat for the Hot 60i 5G. Before buying, match the exact model and supported bands to your carrier and location. If “Hot 60” means a model sold outside India rather than the India-market Hot 60 5G+, its specifications and price need separate verification. The shortened “Hot 60” naming also appears in third-party comparisons, but Infinix’s India product name is Hot 60 5G+ (91mobiles comparison).
