शुरू करने से पहले: YouTube eligibility और बच्चों के लिए सही audience setting
YouTube Help के अनुसार live stream करने के लिए channel verified होना चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live-streaming restriction नहीं होना चाहिए। YouTube की मौजूदा eligibility guidance में streamer की न्यूनतम उम्र 16 वर्ष भी बताई गई है। नियम बदल सकते हैं, इसलिए launch से पहले YouTube की live-streaming eligibility जाँचें।
एनिमेटेड पात्र या बच्चों को आकर्षित करने वाले विषय “made for kids” निर्धारण के कारक हो सकते हैं, लेकिन केवल animation होने से हर channel का उत्तर अपने-आप तय नहीं होता। अपने वास्तविक content और लक्षित audience के आधार पर YouTube की made-for-kids guidance पढ़कर सही classification चुनें। Chat या personalized ads पाने के लिए गलत audience setting न चुनें।
वीडियो, audio और copyright की तैयारी
एक ऐसा program तैयार करें जिसके visuals और audio को आपके पास YouTube पर लगातार stream करने के अधिकार हों। अगर आप stream archive रखते हैं, तो archive के लिए भी आवश्यक अधिकार जाँचें। भारत के Copyright Act में cinematograph film की परिभाषा में visual recording और उसके साथ का sound recording शामिल है; यह किसी खास cartoon, song या sound effect को इस्तेमाल करने की अनुमति नहीं देता। भारत का Copyright Act और Copyright Office की exceptions जानकारी देखें; किसी exception का आपके entertainment stream पर लागू होना परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर है।

- लंबे broadcast से पहले पूरी media file चलाकर जाँचें कि video और audio सही हैं और intended duration तक चलते हैं।
- अगर real बच्चे channel में perform या production में भाग लेते हैं, तो बच्चों की entertainment industry में भागीदारी पर NCPCR guidance प्रासंगिक हो सकती है। केवल animated stream, जिसमें कोई बच्चा शामिल नहीं, पर उसका लागू होना इस स्रोत से स्थापित नहीं होता। Sponsorship, बच्चों का personal data, child performers या विवादित rights हों तो वर्तमान India-specific कानूनी सलाह लें।
Linux host चुनें: अपना computer या VPS
FFmpeg चलाने वाला host stream के पूरे समय powered और connected रहना चाहिए। Local Linux PC में बिजली और घर के broadband की देखभाल आपकी होगी; VPS में hosting provider मशीन चलाता है, लेकिन आपको FFmpeg process, logs, alerts और restart व्यवस्था संभालनी होगी। किसी एक विकल्प के लिए सार्वभौमिक minimum CPU, bandwidth या hardware specification स्थापित नहीं है। अपने चुने हुए resolution, frame rate और encoding mode पर वास्तविक host में परीक्षण करें।

FFmpeg install और स्थानीय build जाँचें
- अपने Linux distribution के trusted package source से FFmpeg install करें।
- Terminal में
ffmpeg -versionचलाकर install की गई version देखें। अपने build में उपलब्ध encoder देखने के लिएffmpeg -encodersचलाएँ। - किसी option या codec की उपलब्धता को मानकर न चलें। FFmpeg की online documentation nightly regenerate होती है और newest revision को दर्शाती है; आपके distribution का installed build पुराना हो सकता है। अपने build से मेल खाने वाली documentation भी देखें। FFmpeg documentation और version जानकारी।
- अपनी input file की जानकारी देखने और file पढ़ी जा रही है यह जाँचने के लिए
ffmpeg -i /path/to/program.mp4चलाएँ। यह command encoding शुरू करने के लिए नहीं, input inspection के लिए है।
YouTube Live Control Room से encoder stream बनाएँ
- YouTube Studio खोलें और Live Control Room में encoder के लिए live stream बनाएं। YouTube के encoder से YouTube live stream बनाने के steps में दिए workflow का पालन करें।
- Live Control Room से stream server URL और stream key लें। Stream key password-जैसी secret credential है: उसे public script repository, screenshot, public log या किसी के साथ साझा न करें।
- Stream को पहले private या unlisted रखकर test करें। YouTube Live Control Room में incoming preview और stream status देखें; सही चलने पर ही audience setting public करें।
एक video को loop करके FFmpeg से भेजें
यह एक configuration template है, tested या guaranteed 24/7 command नहीं। इसमें input file को loop कराया जाता है, real-time में पढ़ा जाता है, H.264 video और AAC audio में encode किया जाता है और RTMP output YouTube को भेजा जाता है। अपने FFmpeg build में libx264 encoder उपलब्ध होना चाहिए। VIDEO_BITRATE, resolution और frame rate अपने content तथा YouTube Live Control Room की मौजूदा encoder guidance के मुताबिक चुनें; कोई एक bitrate या hardware spec सभी deployments के लिए सही नहीं है।
export YT_SERVER='rtmp://SERVER-URL-FROM-YOUTUBE/live2?key=REDACTED'ऊपर के placeholder को Live Control Room के वास्तविक server URL से बदलें; stream key को URL में जोड़ने के लिए नीचे के command में अलग environment variable रखें। URL का वास्तविक format YouTube द्वारा दिखाए गए format के अनुसार रखें। Shell history या process visibility में secret उजागर हो सकता है, इसलिए production server पर secrets के लिए अधिक सुरक्षित secret-management तरीका अपनाएँ।

-f flv "${YT_SERVER}/${YT_KEY}"यहाँ VIDEO_BITRATE और AUDIO_BITRATE को FFmpeg की स्वीकार्य bitrate value से बदलें; इन्हें अक्षरशः छोड़ने पर command नहीं चलेगा। अगर server URL में key जोड़ने का तरीका आपके YouTube encoder settings से अलग दिखता है, तो YouTube द्वारा दिए format का इस्तेमाल करें। पहले छोटी private/unlisted test stream चलाएँ और Live Control Room में picture, sound और status जाँचें।
Resolution, frame rate, bitrate और keyframes
ऊपर के उदाहरण में source की resolution और frame rate अपने-आप बनाए रखने का दावा नहीं है: encoder output को YouTube के वर्तमान encoder निर्देशों और आपकी सामग्री से मेल खाना चाहिए। ऐसी resolution/frame-rate conversion या keyframe configuration न जोड़ें जिसे आपने अपने local FFmpeg build और YouTube की मौजूदा guidance के साथ verify न किया हो। इन स्रोतों में किसी खास 24/7 kids stream के लिए उपयुक्त bitrate, keyframe interval, resolution, frame rate या hardware benchmark तय नहीं है।

Playlist या कई clips
एक MP4 को अनंत loop करना और कई अलग clips को क्रम में चलाना अलग काम हैं। FFmpeg concat, input list या playlist processing के तरीके उपलब्ध हैं, लेकिन अलग-अलग files के codec, resolution, frame rate और audio layout मेल न खाने पर transitions या output असफल हो सकते हैं। जिस playlist को प्रसारित करना है, उसे पहले पूरा चलाकर और YouTube पर private/unlisted test करके सत्यापित करें; इस लेख का command एक ही input file के लिए है।

Loop option input खत्म होने पर उसी file को फिर पढ़ने में मदद करता है; यह बिजली, network, YouTube ingest या FFmpeg process failure से खुद नहीं उबारता। प्रक्रिया की स्थिति और logs monitor करें, host reboot या FFmpeg exit के बाद process को फिर शुरू करने की व्यवस्था बनाएँ, और stream वापस आने की जाँच करें। Restart configuration को पहले test करें। बिना निगरानी का restart loop errors को बार-बार दोहरा सकता है। अलग backup media या वैकल्पिक host उपयोगी हो सकता है, लेकिन उसकी recovery को भी जाँचें। कोई single command या supervisor लगातार broadcast की गारंटी नहीं देता।

YouTube Help कहता है कि 12 घंटे से कम के streams अपने-आप archive होते हैं। इसलिए 24/7 चलती stream का पूरा archive मिलने का वादा न करें। यदि दर्शकों को पूरी series या episodes बाद में देखने चाहिए, तो archive behavior पर निर्भर रहने के बजाय उपलब्ध video-upload workflow से अलग-अलग सामग्री प्रकाशित करने की योजना बनाएं।
Kids live stream पर chat और ads का असर
YouTube की made-for-kids live-stream restrictions के अनुसार, made-for-kids live streams में live chat और कुछ comments तथा notifications सुविधाएँ बंद या सीमित हो सकती हैं। Personalized ads disabled होते हैं, हालांकि contextual ads दिख सकते हैं। अपनी audience classification सही रखें और channel की सुविधाओं तथा ad revenue के लिए इन सीमाओं को ध्यान में रखकर योजना बनाएं।
समस्या आए तो क्या जाँचें
- YouTube पर stream दिखाई नहीं देती: Live Control Room में stream तैयार है या नहीं देखें; server URL और key दोबारा मिलाएँ; key सार्वजनिक हुई हो तो उसे बदलें। FFmpeg output में connection और authentication error देखें।
- FFmpeg encoder नहीं ढूँढता:
ffmpeg -encodersमेंlibx264देखें। वह उपलब्ध न हो तो अपने distribution का उपयुक्त build/install source देखें और command को उपलब्ध encoder के अनुसार बदलकर test करें। - Stream रुक जाती है: FFmpeg process, host reboot, power, broadband और logs जाँचें। Loop केवल media input दोहराता है, encoder या network failure नहीं। Process supervisor की restart व्यवस्था और पुनः कनेक्शन को private test में सत्यापित करें।
- Video या audio सही नहीं है: Source file को अलग से चलाकर जाँचें; FFmpeg input/output logs देखें; bitrate, format, resolution और audio settings को अपने local build तथा YouTube की वर्तमान guidance के अनुसार ठीक करें। बदलाव के बाद फिर private/unlisted test करें।
- Archive अधूरा है या नहीं मिलता: YouTube की under-12-hour automatic archive सीमा याद रखें; लगातार 24/7 stream का पूर्ण archive सुनिश्चित नहीं है।
- Chat या personalized ads उपलब्ध नहीं: Made-for-kids classification पर लागू platform restrictions की जाँच करें। सुविधा वापस पाने के लिए audience को गलत classify न करें।
