Those are more useful for judging performance than comparing the CU79’s manufacturer figure with a test result from a different measurement method.

Can it be ducted or recirculated?
Ducted installation
ILVE’s CU79-family document describes ducted operation. CHOICE’s listing recommends a 125 mm duct for this model. Check the actual appliance manual and the intended duct route before installation; the dimensions and route must suit the hood, and installation must also meet cooktop-clearance and local requirements. Recirculating installation
The manufacturer document also describes recirculating operation. CHOICE says recirculation requires one carbon filter and gives a four-month replacement interval. However, its listing does not state the filter model number, so compatibility is not established by that page.
