Start with your iBUYPOWER order confirmation or invoice and look up the exact system model or SKU. Its product specifications may name the case directly. If you no longer have the purchase details, compare clear photos of the front, side, and rear with iBUYPOWER’s case catalog; treat a visual match as a clue, not confirmation.
1. Find the system model or SKU
Check the order confirmation, invoice, retailer listing, or system label for the full iBUYPOWER model name or SKU. Search that exact identifier on the iBUYPOWER website or the retailer’s listing, then inspect the specifications for a “Case” field. System specifications can identify the chassis by name; for example, an official system listing names the “iBUYPOWER Element Pulse X Gaming Case – White.”

This is the best starting point because the case is often listed as part of the complete system configuration. Keep the full SKU, not just a family name: systems in the same product line can have different configurations.

Take well-lit photos of the front, side, and rear of the tower, then compare them with the iBUYPOWER case catalog. Look for distinctive details such as:

- Front-panel shape and whether it is mesh or solid
- Side-window outline and panel shape
- Trim, lighting placement, and visible design accents
- Printed model labels or markings on the chassis
These details can narrow the candidates, but they are not a manufacturer-issued identification standard. The catalog includes iBUYPOWER and third-party cases, and similar-looking enclosures may be different models. Confirm a likely match against the exact system specifications or with support before relying on it.
3. Ask support when the model is still unclear
Contact iBUYPOWER support with the exact system model or SKU, order details, and a photo of the case. The serial number is typically on a label at the rear of the chassis. iBUYPOWER’s Canada warranty policy lists the serial number and proof of purchase among information used for RMA support, but it does not promise that a serial-number lookup will identify every case, particularly on older or custom systems.

Can Windows or BIOS show the case model?
There is no documented Windows utility or BIOS lookup in the official sources cited here that identifies the physical enclosure by model. Windows System Information and BIOS can show system or motherboard details, not necessarily the case name. iBUYPOWER’s RGB Hub instructions explain using the “Baseboard Manufacturer” and “Baseboard Product” fields in Windows System Information to identify a motherboard; those fields do not identify the chassis. Do not rely on Device Manager or msinfo32 for a case model unless documentation for your specific system says otherwise.

Identify the current chassis first, then verify fit rather than assuming a visually similar tower will work. Compare the existing system and the prospective case for:

iBUYPOWER announced its Slate 9 Mesh, Element 9, and Element 9 Pro case lines for its configurator and Gear Store on February 27, 2025. That launch announcement is useful context, but it does not establish that any of those cases is currently available or was used in a particular desktop. Check the live catalog and the system’s own specification record for current information.
