William Jegatheesh S says he is building Jegatheesh Web Studio around a simple idea: understand a business before building its website. In a September 19, 2026, account on DEV Community, he describes a broad freelance practice serving businesses and creators, with a workflow that runs from discovery through launch and technical SEO checks. The studio’s current website, by contrast, focuses chiefly on portfolio websites for photographers and other visual creatives. Those are two source-specific descriptions; the available material does not establish when or why the positioning changed.
What Jegatheesh Web Studio is trying to build
Jegatheesh frames web development as more than writing code. “Building a web development business is not just about writing code,” he wrote. His stated goal is to build modern websites that help businesses strengthen their online presence, beginning with an understanding of the business and the problem its site should solve.

In his DEV article, Jegatheesh describes a broad intended client mix: small businesses, photographers, interior designers, freelancers, creators, personal brands, and startups. He says he does not want every client site to look like the same template; he considers the client’s brand, audience, content, design, and purpose. He also notes that the technologies he uses depend on the project, naming HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Git, GitHub, Vercel, Next.js, databases, and authentication. That list is not a claim that every project uses all of them.

The studio’s own website presents a narrower current offer: custom, mobile-responsive portfolio and business websites for photographers, cinematographers, and creative visual businesses. It features work for KVM Creations Studio, Ram G Productions, Surya Photography, and SMETA Engineering Services. These are examples the studio presents; the sources do not independently verify authorship or site performance.

That same site publishes the following photographer-website prices, accessed October 5, 2026. The approximate dollar equivalents are the site’s own conversions; it gives no exchange-rate date.
| Published option | Price shown by the studio | Scope described |
|---|---|---|
| Essential single-page portfolio | ₹14,999 (approximately $199 on the site) | Single-page portfolio |
| Multi-page studio and booking website | ₹24,999–₹44,999 (approximately $350–$599 on the site) | Multi-page site; final scope depends on gallery size, animations, and booking features |
The studio describes its quote as fixed and upfront. Its listed prices are its own current service prices, not market averages, and may change. The website also says a tailored photographer portfolio typically takes one to two weeks after the client has selected photos and provided initial information. That is the studio’s stated timeline, not an independently measured average or guarantee.

The workflow: from business needs to launch
Jegatheesh describes a nine-stage process. Its sequence connects client goals to the finished site rather than treating design, development, and visibility as separate afterthoughts.

Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →- Understand the business and audience. Identify what the business does, whom it serves, and what the website needs to accomplish.
- Plan the site structure. Organize pages and content around that purpose.
- Design the interface. Shape the visual experience for the client’s brand, audience, and material.
- Build the frontend. Implement the planned interface using technologies suited to the project.
- Make the site responsive. Ensure layouts adapt to different screen sizes.
- Add required functionality. Include features such as booking or other interactive elements where the project calls for them.
- Optimize the website. Address performance and other technical considerations.
- Deploy it. Put the site online.
- Check SEO and performance. Review technical foundations and how the site performs at launch.
For photographer clients, the studio’s website describes a related four-part engagement: consultation, sharing selected images and brand details, reviewing and refining the design, then launch and guidance. It says projects launch on custom domains, but does not name a domain registrar or hosting provider.

Why SEO appears during development
Jegatheesh argues that SEO should not be added only after a website is finished. The technical practices he names include semantic HTML, a sensible heading hierarchy, page titles and meta descriptions, image alt text, responsive design, internal links, clean URLs, a sitemap, robots.txt, structured data when appropriate, and performance. He also describes publishing useful industry content as an ongoing strategy.
These are practices he says he considers; they are not evidence that a particular site gained rankings, traffic, bookings, or revenue. His DEV article offers an account of his intended approach, not an independent audit of search outcomes.

What the public figures do—and do not—show
The studio website displays “30+” projects, “10+” happy clients, and “600” followers. These are self-published figures with no counting method or independent verification shown. They communicate how the studio presents its progress, but cannot by themselves establish customer outcomes or the quality of its work.
Jegatheesh describes the business as still developing: “Jegatheesh Web Studio is still growing.” Read alongside the site’s narrower photographer-focused offer, that makes the studio’s public identity a current snapshot rather than proof of a fixed long-term niche.
