Its current roundup characterizes the layout as roughly two-thirds image and one-third form. The dedicated page says the image portion disappears on mobile. Those descriptions establish the intended visual arrangement, but not how the downloaded files behave in every browser or at every screen size.

There is a naming distinction worth keeping in mind: although the listing title says “Login Form,” Colorlib describes the form itself as a sign-up form. Do not assume it supplies a complete sign-in flow, or confuse it with Colorlib’s separately named Login Form V13.
The dedicated page is dated April 21, 2018, while its release field lists April 2026. Colorlib’s current roundup is dated September 28, 2026. The page provides download and preview links, but the downloadable files have not been independently inspected here.

What you need to add for authentication
The template supplies a user-facing form, not account handling. Colorlib’s guide puts it plainly: “A login page template is the front end only.” To accept credentials and sign a user in, connect the form to your own server-side login code or an authentication service.
- Connect the form. Point its submission to the server-side authentication route or service your application uses. The template listing does not document a ready-made server integration.
- Protect the submission. Send credentials over HTTPS. Colorlib specifically advises using HTTPS and checking the password on the server.
- Implement the account flow. Your authentication layer must verify credentials and handle the result. The visual template alone does not perform those operations.
Colorlib also cautions that social, passkey, Face ID, and SSO buttons in its 2026 demos are simulated and need a real provider connection. That warning applies to those demos generally; it does not establish that Login Form 13 contains any of those controls.

The dedicated listing shows a CC BY 3.0 license. Colorlib’s current roundup says its templates may be used in personal and commercial projects under that license provided the Colorlib credit link remains. Check the license terms and retain the required credit when using the template.

Colorlib’s roundup describes its template collection generally as plain HTML and CSS, with vanilla JavaScript where needed, and says templates can be used on their own or inside Bootstrap projects. That collection-level description does not verify the specific files in the Login Form 13 download. Do not treat it as proof that this exact template has no framework dependencies; inspect the files and their instructions before integrating them.

What the listing does not establish
The reviewed page describes the layout and mobile image behavior, but it does not document the downloaded code’s server handling, field-level validation, accessibility conformance, browser testing, or security properties. Those aspects need to be checked in the files and in your own implementation. The layout description alone is not evidence that the finished page meets a particular accessibility, compatibility, or security standard.
