You can adapt its front-end fields and layout for a website or app, but users will only be able to sign in after you connect the form to your own server-side login code or an authentication service.
What Colorlib Login Form 4 includes
The template presents a username-and-password login interface, along with social sign-in choices. Colorlib’s listing describes the September 2026 update as plain HTML and CSS with a few lines of vanilla JavaScript. It says the form needs no jQuery, Bootstrap files, or plugins, and lists a download size of 188 KB. That size is Colorlib’s listed figure, not an independent measurement. Colorlib’s Login Form 4 page

Colorlib says the form can be used on its own or within projects built with Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6. This describes compatibility as a starting point; it does not mean the download includes a complete application or authentication backend.
What it takes to make the form work
The downloaded files provide the interface. To authenticate users, configure the form to submit over HTTPS to your own server-side login handler or an authentication service. Check passwords on the server, not in front-end JavaScript. Colorlib’s current guide says the social, passkey, Face ID, and single sign-on buttons shown in 2026 demos are simulated until connected to real providers. A visible button is not evidence of a working sign-in integration. Colorlib’s login-template guide

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Before launch, make sure the implementation has real form fields and autocomplete support, clear field-level error messages, and generic authentication errors. A generic error should not reveal whether a username or email address has an account. These are implementation recommendations from Colorlib; the available material does not establish that Login Form 4 has passed an independent accessibility or security audit. How to adapt the template
- Download Login Form 4 from its Colorlib page and open the HTML file in a code editor.
- Change the copy, links, and form action to match your project. The action must point to the server-side login handler or authentication service you intend to use.
- Adjust the CSS to fit your branding and layout. Check keyboard navigation, labels, touch targets, error messages, and the small-screen layout as part of your own implementation.
- Preview the page in a browser, then verify that form submission reaches the intended HTTPS endpoint and that authentication is handled server-side.
These steps adapt the front end; they do not configure an authentication provider or replace the backend work.

Using it with WordPress
Login Form 4 is plain HTML/CSS, not a plug-and-play replacement for WordPress’s built-in login. To use its design on a WordPress site, you need to port the markup and styling into an implementation that works with your site’s login flow. Colorlib’s guidance describes its forms as front-end code to adapt for web apps and content-management systems, rather than forms with built-in login functionality. License and attribution
The Login Form 4 page lists the license as CC BY 3.0. Colorlib’s current guide says its templates are free for personal and commercial projects under that license provided the Colorlib credit link remains. Keep that attribution when you use the template, and check the license for the specific download rather than assuming it applies to other products discussed in the guide.
