Electro Rover is a selectable form of the Rover protagonist, not a separate character. How to unlock Electro Rover
Open the game’s current Rover or attribute-selection interface and inspect the Electro form. If it is locked, follow the requirement displayed in the game. The available version 3.6 guide does not identify Electro’s exact unlock quest, chapter, Union Level, or acquisition sequence, so there is no verified button-by-button route to give here. Electro’s release history does not tell you what your account must do to unlock it. The guide lists Electro among four Rover forms in its version 3.6 snapshot—Spectro, Havoc, Aero, and Electro—and identifies Electro as a version 3.5 addition. Its roster entry gives a debut date of July 10, 2026. These are secondary-source release details, not an account unlock condition. The Electro roster entry lists the form as a five-star Electro Sword character.
Do not apply another form’s route to Electro. For example, the guide’s Chapter 1 Act VI and Union Level 21 requirements refer to Havoc, not Electro. If Electro remains locked, use the wording in the live game’s unlock prompt or official game instructions as your source of truth.

How to switch Rover’s Resonance Attribute
When Electro is available, use the game’s menus to select Rover’s form. The guide supports this general menu-based method but does not document a complete screen path or platform-specific button prompts. Menu labels can change, so avoid relying on a fixed hierarchy that may not match your client.
- Open the in-game menus and find Rover’s available forms or attribute selection.
- Select Electro, or another form that is already unlocked.
- Check the displayed attribute and skill descriptions to confirm the selection took effect.
If Electro is not offered among the selectable forms, return to its locked entry and read the displayed requirement. If it is selectable but your confirmation is unclear, verify the attribute and skills shown in the interface rather than assuming the change succeeded.

Attribute selection is not combat switching
Choosing Rover’s attribute in a menu changes which Rover form you use; switching Resonators in battle is a separate combat action. Kuro Games’ combat-system notes distinguish Resonance Energy, which is used for Resonance Liberation, from Concerto Energy, which builds through combat. The official notes say: “Switch Resonators at the moment when Concerto Energy is maxed to carry out the Concerto Skill of the said Resonator.” That describes a combat switch and Concerto Effect, not how to unlock or select Electro Rover.

Rover is one protagonist character with selectable forms, rather than several separate Rover characters to add together to a party. The version 3.6 guide lists Spectro as the starting form and also includes Havoc, Aero, and Electro. The specific conditions for changing to Electro still need to be confirmed in your game.

Weapons and Echoes are build choices, not known unlock requirements. An unofficial Electro Rover build guide describes the form as a support and recommends Blazing Brilliance and the Moonlit Clouds Echo set. Treat those as version-sensitive build suggestions from that site, not steps needed to obtain or select the form.
