To stop every ASOS app alert, switch off notifications for ASOS in your phone’s settings. To keep some alerts but silence others, use My Account > Notifications in the ASOS app and turn off the relevant options.
Choose whether to stop all alerts or only some
ASOS’s in-app preferences let you manage the notification types it offers. ASOS Customer Care lists options such as stock alerts, delivery and returns updates, discounts, and new drops; the available choices may change.

Open ASOS app > My Account > Notifications, then switch off the toggles for the types you no longer want. ASOS’s help page describes enabling notification types; switching an enabled toggle off is the practical way to remove that selection.

Turn off all ASOS notifications on iPhone
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps, then ASOS.
- Tap Notifications.
- Turn off Allow Notifications.
This blocks ASOS app notifications at the iPhone system level. Apple’s notification settings also control how alerts appear, where they are placed, and whether they make a sound when notifications remain enabled. Apple Support explains iPhone notification settings.

Turn off all ASOS notifications on Android
- Open Settings.
- Tap Notifications, then App notifications.
- Select ASOS.
- Turn off notifications.
Android manufacturers and OS versions may use different menu labels. If you receive an ASOS alert, you can also touch and hold it, then open its notification settings. Some devices offer category controls so you can turn off particular kinds of alerts instead of all of them; whether those controls appear depends on the device and app. Google Android Help describes managing app notifications.
Push notifications are separate from email and text
Changing ASOS app notification settings does not unsubscribe you from marketing email or text messages. ASOS says those preferences are managed separately at My Account > Contact Preferences. Its stated wait of up to seven days applies to email unsubscribe changes, not to turning off app push notifications. See ASOS Customer Care for its account and notification guidance.
