Use OPPO’s Clone Phone app to copy supported data from your old Android phone to the OPPO Find X10. The usual process pairs the phones by scanning a QR code and joining a Wi-Fi connection. It does not transfer everything: some security, hardware-linked, incompatible app, and app data must be set up or moved separately.
Before you start
- Keep both phones available and follow the prompts on each one.
- Look for Clone Phone on the Find X10. OPPO’s instructions describe its phones generally, and the available Find X10 product page is for China; app availability and menu labels may differ by regional software build. If Clone Phone is missing or the screens do not match, consult OPPO support for your device’s region.
- Make sure you can unlock the old phone and access the files and accounts you may need to restore later.
Transfer data with OPPO Clone Phone
- On the old Android phone: install and open the Clone Phone app.
- On the Find X10: open Clone Phone, then follow the on-screen setup to identify it as the new phone.
- On the old phone: choose the option for an old phone and select “Other Android” if prompted.
- Use the old phone to scan the QR code displayed on the Find X10.
- If Clone Phone asks the old phone to join a Wi-Fi network, approve the connection and continue.
- Choose the data categories you want to copy, then start the transfer and follow the prompts on both phones.
OPPO’s published process uses the app, QR code, and Wi-Fi connection; its instructions do not require a USB cable.

What can transfer—and what may not
OPPO’s general Android-to-OPPO guide lists these selectable categories: contacts, SMS, call records, pictures, audio, video, applications, calendar events, notes, alarms, wallpapers, and some system settings. Availability can depend on the source data and software, and OPPO warns that some app data may not transfer.

OPPO Support says Clone Phone cannot clone hardware-linked items such as transit or access cards, security data such as face data, fingerprints, or screen-lock passwords, incompatible apps or their data, or data in a system clone. Plan to configure those items again where needed. After migration, check that important files and apps are present and working, and sign in to apps that request your credentials.

If Clone Phone is unavailable or the transfer is incomplete
- If the app is not on the Find X10, or the displayed steps differ, use OPPO support guidance for the phone’s region rather than assuming every Find X10 has identical menus.
- If a category or app is missing, check it on the old phone and determine whether it is among the types Clone Phone can copy. OPPO does not promise a complete transfer of all app data.
- For excluded security or hardware-linked items, set them up again on the new phone. For important app content that did not copy, use that app’s own account or backup options if available.
