You can run a 24/7 YouTube stream of Jain stavan and devotional songs by using a verified channel with live streaming enabled, a suitable streaming method, and music rights that cover continuous live broadcasting in the places where viewers may watch. YouTube scans live streams for third-party content, so rights clearance and any required Content ID allowlisting matter as much as the technical setup.
Check that your channel can go live
YouTube says a channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. Check access before preparing a continuous broadcast: sign in to the channel, open YouTube Studio, and start the live-stream setup flow to confirm that live streaming is available. See YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility and setup guidance.

Clear rights to every recording before streaming
Do not assume that a devotional recording is free to use because it is religious, publicly available, purchased, or cleared for an ordinary video upload. YouTube’s live-stream terms place responsibility on the creator to have the necessary rights for the content, including music licensing rights. Check that permission covers the actual recording and the intended use as a continuous live broadcast in each relevant territory. Ask the relevant rights holders or licensing provider about recording, publishing, performance, territory, and live-stream permissions; the applicable scope depends on the specific recording and agreement. YouTube’s livestream terms and conditions describe the rights responsibility.

YouTube states that all live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content, including copyrighted material in another live broadcast. If you have licensed music, YouTube advises asking the rights owner to add your channel to its allowlist. Without allowlisting, a stream can still be interrupted even when you have permission. Keep the license documentation and confirm the rights owner’s allowlisting process before going live. See YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.

Choose a streaming method
YouTube supports mobile, webcam, encoder, and console streaming. For a continuous music channel, choose based on the controls you need and how you will keep the broadcast running; YouTube’s guidance does not rank these methods for 24/7 use or prescribe a particular always-on setup.
| Method | What it offers | Consider for a continuous stream |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile | A phone-based live-streaming option. | Portability; plan for sustained power, connectivity, and monitoring. |
| Webcam | A live-streaming option through a webcam workflow. | Whether its setup and controls suit the audio and video presentation you want. |
| Encoder | Can support overlays and equipment such as preamps, microphones, and cameras. | Useful when you need production controls; an encoder does not by itself solve continuous operation or music rights. |
| Console | A supported YouTube streaming method. | Whether it fits the content and the operator’s monitoring and recovery plan. |
YouTube recommends professional-grade hardware encoders for higher-production events, but that does not make dedicated hardware necessary for a simple devotional stream. Review YouTube’s method and encoder guidance for the live interface relevant to your setup.

Set up and test the broadcast
- Verify eligibility. Confirm that the channel is verified and currently allowed to stream live.
- Prepare the music and rights records. Make a playlist only from recordings whose permissions cover the planned live broadcast and territories. Keep documentation accessible and request Content ID allowlisting where applicable.
- Choose the live workflow. Open YouTube Studio or the appropriate live interface and select mobile, webcam, encoder, or console according to your setup. If using an encoder, configure it ahead of the broadcast.
- Preview before going public. Check that the stream appears as intended, then test access from the channel page, a watch page, and mobile devices. YouTube recommends previewing and checking access on these surfaces.
- Monitor audio and video. Listen for silence, clipping, gaps, or unwanted transitions and check that the picture is stable. YouTube’s encoder tips advise monitoring audio and video quality.
- Start with an operator present. Watch for copyright notices, stream interruptions, and technical failures before treating the setup as ready for an unattended schedule.
Plan the 24/7 operation
YouTube’s reviewed help pages do not specify a 24/7 operating procedure, a required hardware configuration, or a guaranteed uptime target. Continuous operation is therefore a setup decision, not a platform guarantee. Make a plan specific to your equipment and network for reliable power, stable connectivity, uninterrupted audio, monitoring, and recovery if the stream stops. Decide who will respond to a dropped broadcast and how they will check whether the cause is technical or a rights-related interruption.

Troubleshoot common interruptions
The channel cannot start a live stream
Check that the channel is verified and has not had a live-stream restriction in the previous 90 days. If the live option remains unavailable, follow the status and guidance shown in the channel’s YouTube Studio interface.
The stream stops or is interrupted after music begins
A third-party content match may be involved. Review YouTube’s notice, verify the recording’s rights and territory coverage, and contact the rights owner about channel allowlisting if you have a license. Permission alone may not prevent interruption if the channel has not been allowlisted.
Viewers report silence, gaps, or poor audio
Check the playback source, transitions between tracks, and the audio path in your chosen streaming method. Monitor the live preview and listen from a viewer device so you can distinguish a source or encoder issue from a local monitoring problem.
The stream drops during a long run
Check power, network connectivity, and the streaming device or encoder, then use your recovery plan to restore the broadcast. The YouTube help pages do not guarantee continuous operation, so the monitoring and recovery arrangements need to match your actual setup.
