- Choose the sign-in option and enter your Chase username and password. Chase may ask for an additional check, such as an app notification or one-time code, especially for a first sign-in or unusual activity.

- Go to chase.com.
- Select “Not enrolled? Sign up now.”
- Follow Chase’s enrollment prompts. Once enrolled, use the same username and password to sign in on the website and in the Chase Mobile app.

Chase may also request a mobile-app notification or one-time code during a first sign-in or when it detects unusual login or account activity. If you forgot your username or password
On chase.com or in the Chase Mobile app, choose “forgot password/username” and follow Chase’s recovery steps. Do not share your password, username, account number, or verification code with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.

How to spot an unsafe sign-in page
- Check that the address uses the chase.com domain. Watch for misspellings, extra words, unusual characters, and look-alike domains.
- Reach Chase by typing its known website address in your browser or opening the official app, rather than following an unexpected message link.
- When connecting another app or website, make sure the sign-in window is from Chase and sign in directly with Chase. Chase says the outside service will not see your Chase username or password through this sign-in process.
- Review connected services in Linked apps within the Security & Privacy Center or mobile app, and remove permissions you no longer want.

If you see activity you do not recognize or believe someone has accessed your account, contact Chase immediately through its official channels. For unauthorized card charges, use the phone number printed on the back of your card or on your billing statement. Do not rely on a number supplied in an unexpected call, text, or email.
