You can keep recorded Marathi lessons live on YouTube around the clock by sending them through an encoder connected to YouTube Live Control Room. First check that your channel can livestream, prepare lessons you have the rights to use, then connect and preview the feed. For a continuous broadcast, the encoder or cloud service—not YouTube alone—must handle the playlist and repeat behavior.
What you need before starting
- A verified YouTube channel with no live-streaming restrictions in the past 90 days. YouTube says first-time live-stream access may take up to 24 hours to activate, so enable it ahead of your planned launch. The streamer must be at least 16 years old. YouTube’s live-streaming setup guidance has the current eligibility details.
- Recorded lessons in a playback-ready format, with the order and repeat behavior decided in advance.
- An encoder running on a computer or standalone device, or a cloud streaming service that supports prerecorded video. YouTube’s encoder directory lists Gyre as a cloud-based option for 24/7 prerecorded streaming; confirm any provider’s current capabilities, cost, and terms before choosing it. - The rights to every lesson and to all included audio, images, clips, and other material.
Set up the stream with a local encoder
This route gives you control over the encoder and lesson feed, but the computer or hardware encoder, its power, and its internet connection need to remain available while it broadcasts.

- Enable live streaming and check eligibility. In YouTube Studio, open the live-streaming workflow and complete any required verification or activation. If this is the channel’s first livestream, allow up to 24 hours for activation before your intended start.
- Prepare the lesson playlist in your encoder. Add the recordings in the order viewers should see them and configure repeat or looping behavior in the encoder you selected. YouTube’s general encoder instructions explain how to connect a feed, but do not prescribe a universal playlist or loop setting; the exact controls depend on the software or hardware. Label the stream and lessons clearly so viewers can understand what is playing.
- Create or schedule a broadcast. In YouTube Studio, open Live Control Room and create a stream or schedule one. Scheduling can give viewers a watch page and an opportunity to set a reminder.
- Connect the encoder. Copy the stream URL and stream key shown for the broadcast in Live Control Room into the corresponding connection fields in your encoder. Keep the key private: anyone who obtains it may be able to send a feed to your stream. Reset it if it is exposed.
- Start sending and inspect the preview. Start the feed in the encoder. In Live Control Room, check the preview, confirm the correct lesson is playing, and listen for clear audio before treating the broadcast as live. Check the live status there after launch.
- Monitor the broadcast. Confirm that the lesson sequence advances and repeats as intended, and periodically check the video, audio, and live status. A local setup depends on the encoder device, local power, and internet remaining available; plan how you will notice and address an interruption.
Plan the playlist and archive separately
There is no single YouTube setting that turns a group of lesson files into a looping 24/7 playlist. That behavior belongs to the encoder or streaming service, so verify that it can play the chosen files in sequence and repeat them as you intend. Keep the original lesson files: YouTube documents automatic archiving for streams under 12 hours, so do not assume one uninterrupted 24/7 broadcast will leave a complete single archive. Protect lesson rights and understand monetization
Copyright can interrupt a live stream
YouTube says all live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content. If it identifies a match, the stream may show a warning placeholder and can be interrupted or terminated if the issue remains. This applies even when you have licensed material: the rights holder may need to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. Prefer original lessons, and confirm permissions for any music, artwork, clips, or other embedded assets before scheduling. YouTube’s live-stream copyright guidance

Going live does not guarantee monetization
YouTube’s monetization policy, updated July 15, 2025, calls repetitive or mass-produced material “inauthentic content” and says it may be ineligible for monetization. Its reused-content policy is separate and concerns repurposed material without significant original commentary, modification, or educational or entertainment value. Original Marathi lessons are not automatically disqualified for being prerecorded or in Marathi, but owning recordings or streaming them continuously does not by itself establish monetization eligibility. Choose where the feed runs

Troubleshoot common setup problems
- Live streaming is not available yet: Check channel verification and restrictions, complete the activation steps, and allow up to 24 hours if this is the first time the channel has enabled livestreaming.
- The encoder does not connect: In Live Control Room, confirm you are using the stream URL and key for the intended broadcast. Check for transcription errors and whether the encoder is sending a feed; regenerate the key if it may have been exposed.
- The preview is blank or shows the wrong lesson: Confirm the correct playlist and media files are selected in the encoder, then restart its feed and inspect the preview before relying on the live broadcast.
- The playlist stops or fails to repeat: Check the encoder’s playlist and loop controls. Repeat behavior is encoder-specific; YouTube’s general setup instructions do not supply a universal loop recipe.
- The stream is interrupted by a copyright notice: Identify the matched material and remove it or resolve the rights issue. If the use is licensed, ask the rights holder about adding your channel to its Content ID allowlist.
- You cannot find a complete archive of the 24/7 stream: YouTube documents automatic archiving for streams under 12 hours, not a guaranteed complete single archive of a longer continuous broadcast. Keep source files and make lesson VODs separately when needed.
