For example, 390 by 844 gives a mobile-style viewport. These values control the browser’s rendering window, not the dimensions of a resized thumbnail.
Set the viewport width and height
Add both options to the JSON render request. Urlbox documents defaults of 1280 pixels wide by 1024 pixels high; specify dimensions explicitly when you need a particular viewport.

Use the right dimensions for the result you want
Viewport capture
For a screenshot of the visible browser area, set width and height to the viewport dimensions you want. The Urlbox Quick Start uses 390 × 844 as a mobile-style example.

Full-page capture
full_page is a separate option that captures the page’s full scrollable content. When you set height together with full_page, Urlbox says that height sets the browser viewport height and also caps the height of individual screenshot sections. It should not be read as only the final stitched image height. See Urlbox Screenshots.
Thumbnail resizing
thumb_width and thumb_height resize the resulting image; they do not set the browser viewport. Use width and height to control rendering, and thumbnail options when you want a resized output. Both controls are documented in the Render Options.

Request format and option names
Urlbox’s API reference demonstrates render options in JSON and says option names can be supplied in camelCase or snake_case. The JSON example above uses snake_case-style lowercase names for width and height. Consult the Urlbox API Reference for the request format and parameter details used by your integration.

Does setting height limit a full-page screenshot to that final height?
Not by itself. With full_page, Urlbox says the explicit height sets the browser viewport height and caps the height of individual screenshot sections.
