On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. On Mac, open the App Store, click your name, choose Account Settings, and find Subscriptions or Manage. These account pages show subscriptions billed through Apple, including eligible subscriptions purchased inside App Store apps.

Select a listing to see its details and available options. You can change or cancel an active subscription; an expired subscription may offer a renewal option.

Find subscriptions on a Mac

Open the App Store.

Click your name. If you are not signed in, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Open Account Settings.

In the account area, find Subscriptions and click Manage if that option appears.

Apple’s Mac App Store instructions describe subscription management for Apple subscriptions and subscriptions bought in apps from the App Store. Make sure the Mac App Store is using the account that paid for the subscription.
Check a free trial before it renews
Open the subscription’s listing and check its displayed renewal or end date. If you do not want a free or discounted trial to renew, Apple Support advises cancelling it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The source does not state a publication year for this guidance. Leave time to complete the cancellation before that deadline, and check the listing for the controls available for that subscription.

If a subscription is missing
A service may not appear because it is billed outside Apple, or because the purchase used a different Apple Account. Use the receipt and payment record to identify who manages it:

Check the Apple receipt. Find the receipt for the subscription purchase and note which Apple Account was charged. If a family member’s account appears, that person needs to manage the subscription.

If there is no Apple receipt, check your bank or card statement. Identify the company billing you and contact that company to manage or cancel the subscription. Apple says subscriptions purchased from another company must be handled with that company.

Confirm the account on your device. On iPhone or iPad, check the name at the top of Settings; on Mac, check the signed-in account in the App Store. Compare it with the account shown on the receipt.

Why labels or options may differ
The exact labels and available controls can depend on the software version, subscription, and country or region. Apple notes that cancellation can differ in some regions. Its cited instructions do not specify a universal minimum iOS or macOS version, so the route above should be read as the standard account path rather than a guarantee that every device displays identical screens.
