Save a Reddit post on desktop

On reddit.com, open the post you want to revisit.

Open the post’s overflow menu.

Select Save.
To return to it, open your profile and select the Saved tab. Reddit Help describes this feature as a way to save a post you want to revisit later: How do I save a post and where does it get saved?

What Reddit’s Saved list does—and does not do
Save is Reddit’s built-in bookmarking feature: it puts posts in a list associated with your account so you can find them again. Reddit also lists saved posts and comments among account activity that can be accessed after logging in; its help page notes that the desktop website is the easiest place to find some account information. The cited help pages describe a saved-post view and account activity, not an offline copy. They do not establish that Save downloads images or video, preserves a post’s earlier wording, or keeps deleted content available. Treat Saved as a pointer to a Reddit post, not as a durable archive of its contents.

Does a Reddit data request export saved posts?
Reddit provides a separate process to request a copy of your account data. The request guide says preparation may take up to 30 days: How do I request a copy of my Reddit data and information?
That guide does not confirm that saved posts are included in the archive. A data request is therefore not a verified way to export your Saved list or preserve the content of those posts. Use the in-account Saved list to revisit posts, and do not rely on the data request as a backup of them.
