To save a webpage as a PDF on Windows 11, open it in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, press Ctrl+P, choose the PDF destination, then save the file. You do not need to install Gujarati to create a PDF. If you mean that you want the instructions in Gujarati, or want the webpage translated into Gujarati before saving, those are separate steps.
Save a webpage as a PDF in Edge or Chrome

Open the webpage in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and wait for its content to load.

Press Ctrl+P. In Edge, you can also open Print from the Settings and more menu or the page context menu. Google’s desktop Chrome instructions use the print preview to choose a destination and print settings.

Review the preview. In Chrome, choose Save as PDF as the destination. In Edge, select the PDF save destination offered in the print dialog. Check the page range, orientation, scale, margins, and other available settings.

Choose Save or Print, depending on the dialog, select a folder you can find again, name the file, and save it.

Open the saved PDF and check that the Gujarati text, page breaks, images, and links appear as expected.
Microsoft’s Edge print guide documents controls for scaling, margins, background graphics, headers and footers, and printing selected text. Edge’s Immersive Reader can provide a less cluttered page for printing on some websites, but it is not available on every site. Google’s Chrome help describes choosing a destination and print settings in the desktop print flow.

Decide what “in Gujarati” means
Use Windows in Gujarati
Windows 11 lists Gujarati as ગુજરાતી. To add it, open Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region > Add a language, find Gujarati, choose the features you want, and install it. An internet connection is required. Adding a language is not necessary just to print a webpage to PDF.
Windows language settings, Gujarati keyboard input, and webpage translation are different things. If you want to type Gujarati, add and switch to a Gujarati keyboard layout in Windows language and keyboard settings; installing a display language is not the same as enabling that layout. A Windows 11 Home Single Language device may block adding another display language. Microsoft says that this edition must be upgraded to an edition that supports multiple display languages to install another one; this limitation does not apply to every Windows 11 edition.
Translate the webpage before saving
In Edge, a translation prompt may appear when the browser detects a page in a language outside your preferred-language list. If the prompt offers Gujarati as a target, select it, inspect the translated page, and then press Ctrl+P to save it. Gujarati is not guaranteed to appear as an available target in every browser configuration. If it is not offered, you can still save the original page as a PDF.

Use a Gujarati-language explanation
If you only need the instructions in Gujarati, you do not need to change Windows or translate the webpage you are saving. Follow the same print steps above; browser menus may still appear in the language configured for Windows or the browser.
Check the PDF when the page contains Gujarati

Inspect the print preview before saving and reopen the PDF afterward. Character rendering and layout can vary by website.

If Gujarati glyphs are missing or appear incorrectly, first check whether the webpage itself displays them correctly in the browser. Then try another supported print destination or browser and inspect the new PDF. The official print guidance does not guarantee identical font handling on every site.

If content is missing, check whether it appears only after scrolling, interaction, or additional loading. The print preview may not reproduce every dynamic element exactly as it appears on screen.

If the page is cluttered, adjust scale, margins, background graphics, or headers and footers in the print dialog. In Edge, try Immersive Reader if the site supports it.
