To report a bad Siri AI answer, open the response while it is still visible, reveal Report a Concern (you may need to touch and hold the answer), choose the issue category, review the report and any attachments, then submit it. If you cannot find the control, check More or Options; on Mac, hover over the response to reveal More. [Apple Support]
How to report a bad Siri AI answer

Return to the Siri AI response and leave it on screen. Apple’s reporting control is available while viewing the response; if it is no longer visible, this flow cannot be used to report that answer.

Find Report a Concern. If it is not shown, touch and hold the Siri AI response. You can also look under More or Options. On Mac, hover over the response to reveal More.

Select the category that best describes the problem. Apple’s support article does not specify the available category names. Add a concise explanation or other relevant context if useful.

Review the report and its contents before sending. Apple says the material you provide may include answers to questions, descriptions, photos, videos, messages, and emails. Remove any information or attachments you do not want to submit.

Submit the report. Apple says it evaluates reports and may use them to improve its products and services, including to train models. The support article does not promise a personal reply or a particular remedy.

Where is Report a Concern in Siri?
The control appears with the response’s on-screen options rather than as a separate reporting form. Its visibility can vary by interface: try touching and holding the Siri AI answer, then check More or Options if needed. On Mac, hover over the answer to expose More. Apple’s support page does not establish exact labels for every device or screen.

Can you report a Siri answer after closing it?
Apple describes Report a Concern as an option available while viewing the response. If you have closed or dismissed the answer and can no longer bring it back on screen, Apple’s documented flow does not provide a way to submit a report for that specific response. The page does not describe another route for reporting an answer that is no longer visible.
What information does Apple collect when you report a concern?
Apple says the report may include information you choose to provide, such as descriptions or attachments, and that it also collects the device model, operating-system version, language, and Apple Intelligence model version relevant to the feedback.

Apple Support states that it “doesn’t have access to information about your prompt or the response, or the feedback you provide through Report a Concern.” This is a statement about Apple Support’s access; it should not be read as a claim that no Apple system processes or receives the submitted report. Review the report and remove unwanted content before submitting.

Apple says Siri AI is currently in beta and that answer quality may vary. It advises checking outputs for appropriateness and accuracy. The support article gives no accuracy rate, report-processing timeline, or assurance that an individual report will receive a response.
