To remove a card saved directly to Roblox, sign in at Roblox.com in a web browser, open Settings, choose Payment Methods, select the card, and use the available delete or remove control. Confirm if prompted. Roblox says payment methods cannot be updated in the Roblox mobile app.
That removes a Roblox-managed payment method; it does not automatically cancel a subscription or remove a card held by Apple, Google Play, a console store, a browser, or another payment provider.
Remove a saved card from Roblox in a browser
- Sign in to the correct Roblox account at Roblox account settings.
- Open Settings.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Select the saved credit or debit card.
- Choose the available Delete or Remove control, then confirm.
- Return to Payment Methods or checkout and verify that the card is no longer listed.
Roblox confirms that saved payment methods can be added or deleted from Payment Methods settings or during checkout. The exact button label or icon can vary by account, country and interface version. See Roblox’s payment-information instructions for the current account-specific behavior.
Can you delete the card in the Roblox app?
Not according to Roblox’s current support documentation. Payment methods cannot be updated from the Roblox mobile app. Open Roblox.com in a desktop or mobile browser instead. A card that appears during an in-app purchase may belong to Apple or Google Play rather than to Roblox’s own saved-payment system.

First identify where the card is stored
The purchase route determines who controls the payment method:

Roblox identifies Stripe and Xsolla as payment companies that handle Roblox payments. Stripe card saving is available only in selected countries, and Roblox says full saved billing information may be held by the processor rather than being accessible to Roblox.
If the card still appears after you delete it
- Check browser autofill: A browser can suggest a card independently of Roblox. Remove it from the browser or device’s saved payment settings.
- Check Apple or Google: Cards shown in an app purchase flow may come from your Apple Account or Google Play payment profile.
- Check the account: Sign out and confirm that the card was not saved on another Roblox account, including a child’s account.
- Check subscriptions: A recurring purchase may use a platform billing profile even after a general Roblox payment method is removed.
- Check the processor: A transaction handled through Xsolla or another provider may have separate payment controls.
- Contact Roblox Support: If the card remains listed inside Roblox’s own Payment Methods settings, use Roblox Support.
Not every card displayed at checkout is stored by Roblox. The storage location depends on how and where the original purchase was made.

Deleting a card does not cancel a subscription
Removing a payment method and stopping recurring billing are separate actions. For a local-currency in-experience subscription billed through Roblox:

- Open Settings.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription and open its details.
- Select Cancel Renewal and follow the prompts.
Roblox recommends canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it normally does not refund the current billing period, and benefits continue until that period ends. Read the subscription instructions for platform-specific details.
Cards used through iPhone, iPad or Android
Roblox says mobile subscriptions use payment methods linked to the user’s Apple ID or Google Play account. Review or remove those cards in the Apple Account payment settings or Google Play payment settings. Roblox cannot delete a payment method that is held by Apple or Google.

Apple- or Google-billed subscriptions may also be managed through the device’s subscription settings. Roblox notes that one Apple ID or Google account on a device can be linked to only one Roblox account for local-currency in-experience subscriptions.
If there is no Payment Methods tab
Roblox’s public instructions do not list every reason the tab might be absent. Check these possibilities:

- You are signed in to a different Roblox account.
- The purchase was made through a mobile, console or other platform store.
- The account is not eligible for saved cards. Roblox restricts saved-card functionality to users aged 18 or older and lists Argentina, China, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Ukraine and Vietnam as unavailable locations.
- You are seeing browser autofill rather than an account-level Roblox payment method.
- You need to cancel an active subscription rather than delete a general payment method.
If the card is still associated with Roblox after these checks, contact Roblox Support with the account username and relevant purchase details. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or verification code.

Parents: prevent further purchases
Deleting the card is only one part of protecting a child’s account. Use this sequence:
- Remove the saved card from Roblox or the platform account that holds it.
- Cancel every active recurring subscription.
- Require a device password, biometric check or purchase approval for app-store and console purchases.
- Link a parent account where appropriate.
- In Roblox, open Settings > Parental Controls and configure a monthly spending limit and spending notifications.
- Review every Roblox account and device that may have access to the card.

What to do about an unauthorized charge
Deleting the card will not investigate a charge that has already happened. Roblox instructs users to contact support before disputing an eligible credit-card, debit-card, PayPal or Google Play charge; a charge already disputed with a payment provider may not be eligible for a direct Roblox refund.

Include the charge date and amount, billing name, last four card digits, PayPal email or Google Play purchase number when applicable, Roblox username and screenshots or receipts. Check the statement descriptor:
- “Xsolla*Roblox”: contact Xsolla Support.
- “Roblox” without the Xsolla prefix: contact Roblox Support.
For purchases billed by Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung or another platform, use that provider’s refund and payment-support process.
Does removing the card erase billing history?
No. Removing a saved payment method is not the same as deleting transaction records. Roblox’s privacy materials explain that Roblox and its payment processors may retain billing information, transaction details and purchase history for billing, security or legal purposes. If a user chooses to save card details through a processor, the full saved billing information may be retained by that processor rather than stored or accessible by Roblox itself.
