To remove a payment option from an AI Builder store, open Settings → Payments, choose Manage beside the option, then select Disconnect for an online gateway or Remove for a manual method. Confirm the change and update the website. If you mean the card or wallet saved for your account’s own bills, use Billing → Payment Methods instead.
Remove a payment option from your store checkout
- Open the store management area.
- Go to Settings → Payments.
- Click Manage beside the payment method you want to change.
- Select Disconnect for an online payment gateway, or Remove for a manual payment method.
- Confirm the action, then update the website so the change is reflected on the live site.

Hide a method without removing its setup
If you may want to use the payment method again and only want to stop displaying it to customers, unmark the setting that enables it at checkout. Save the change and update the website. This disables the option at checkout; it does not fully remove the payment configuration. Hostinger describes this alternative in its checkout settings guide.

A card or wallet saved for charges from the service is separate from a payment option offered to store customers. To remove an account-level method, open Billing → Payment Methods, open the options for the saved method, and select Remove. Hostinger says you can add a removed method again later. The payment options available for adding can vary depending on where you purchased your services; credit card and PayPal are common options, but availability is not identical for every account.
