The official coupon page is a browser-based form, so you can use the documented route from either platform’s browser. Netmarble’s global page does not establish a separate Android or iOS app procedure.

If you do not see that option in your version, use the official web form or consult the game’s Help or Netmarble support. Netmarble’s official game site does not provide a current platform-specific redemption sequence.

How to find a code that still works
The coupon page accepts codes but does not list active ones. Check current official event announcements and the stated expiry date before trying a code. Pocket Gamer’s roundup, updated September 6, 2026, reported that the codes it listed were expired at that time; that dated third-party check does not establish their status on October 4, 2026. Do not treat old codes as active without a current confirmation. Netmarble’s official forum includes coupon-registration navigation, but not a current step-by-step Android or iOS guide.

Look in the right mailbox: log in as the intended recipient character and inspect that character’s mailbox. Netmarble recommends logging back in if a reward does not appear.
