If Snapchat shows a Restore button beside the one-on-one or group Chat that lost its Streak, tap it and follow the in-app steps. If the button is missing, Snapchat says the Streak usually ended too long ago to restore. If an in-app attempt fails, you can submit a request to Snapchat Support, but approval is not guaranteed.
Restore a Streak in Snapchat

Open Snapchat and go to the one-on-one or group Chat where the Streak ended.

Look beside the Chat for the Restore button or Streak restore control.

If the attempt fails, use the support request form linked from Snapchat’s lost-Streak page or its in-app restore troubleshooting page. Snapchat may review the request, but says only recently expired Streaks may qualify.
What it means if Restore is missing
The Restore button is the practical eligibility check: Snapchat says a Streak cannot be restored in the app if the button is absent, usually because too much time has passed. Snapchat describes the restore period as limited but does not publish an exact number of hours or days. A support request is not a guaranteed way around that limit.
What restores cost
Snapchat says each Snapchatter receives one free Streak Restore. After that, the price shown in the app applies and varies by country; there is no single worldwide price.
Snapchat+ includes one free in-app Streak Restore per subscription month. The monthly cycle starts on the day the subscription began; additional restores that month require an in-app purchase after the included restore is used. Unused monthly restores do not roll over. Snapchat+ does not make an otherwise ineligible, too-old Streak restorable.
Restore several Streaks at once
Snapchat’s current instructions say Restore All, the option for multiple recently lost Streaks, is available only on iOS. Where Restore All is unavailable, check each Chat for its own Restore button; individual restores may still be offered.

One-on-one Chat: both people must send each other a photo or video Snap in the Chat every day. Ordinary text messages do not meet this requirement.

Group Chat: most members must send a photo or video Snap in the Group Chat every day; text Chat does not count.
