To pair Beats Studio Pro, turn them on, then press and hold the system button on the right ear cup until the lights flash. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone or computer, select Beats Studio Pro, and confirm the connection. The steps differ slightly by device; follow the matching section below.
Before you start
- Charge and turn on the Beats Studio Pro and the device you want to pair.
- Keep the headphones close to the device while pairing.
- If a setup animation appears on an iPhone or Android phone, follow its prompts. If it does not, use the manual Bluetooth steps below.
Apple’s Beats pairing guide covers iPhone, Android, Mac, and Bluetooth-enabled devices such as Windows PCs. Its applicability notes include iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, and other listed Apple platform releases; menu labels and feature availability can vary with software version and region.

Pair Beats Studio Pro with an iPhone
- Open Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on.
- Turn on the headphones and hold them near the iPhone. If the Beats setup animation appears, follow the on-screen instructions.
- If no animation appears, press and hold the system button on the right ear cup until the lights flash.
- In Settings > Bluetooth, tap Beats Studio Pro in the device list.
Apple recommends using the latest iOS version. Connect the iPhone to Wi-Fi or mobile data during setup if you want access to Find My features. After pairing, the headphones can connect automatically when you put them on; Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account can also pair automatically.

Pair Beats Studio Pro with an Android phone
- Turn on Bluetooth under Settings > Connections.
- Turn on the headphones and hold them near the phone. If a Fast Pair prompt appears, follow it.
- If no prompt appears, hold the system button on the right ear cup until the lights flash.
- Open Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, select Beats Studio Pro, then tap Pair.
You can also use the Beats app on Android and its Connect Your Beats flow. Connect the phone to Wi-Fi or mobile data during setup if you want Android Find Hub features. Beats can automatically pair with other devices signed in to the same Google Account after setup.

Pair Beats Studio Pro with a Mac
- Choose Apple menu > System Settings > Bluetooth, then turn Bluetooth on.
- Turn on the headphones and hold them near the Mac.
- Press and hold the system button on the right ear cup until the lights flash.
- Select Beats Studio Pro in the Bluetooth device list and click Connect.
Apple advises keeping macOS current. Once connected, the headphones can connect automatically the next time you put them on.
Pair Beats Studio Pro with a Windows PC
- Turn on the headphones and place them near the PC.
- Press and hold the system button on the right ear cup until the lights flash.
- Open the PC’s Bluetooth pairing controls, choose Beats Studio Pro when it appears, and follow Windows’ prompts.
Windows menu names vary by version. Apple’s guide includes Windows PCs as Bluetooth-enabled devices but does not prescribe one Windows menu path, so use the Bluetooth controls shown on your PC.

If Beats Studio Pro will not connect or play audio
The headphones do not appear in Bluetooth settings
- Confirm the headphones are on, charged, and in discovery mode: hold the right-ear-cup system button until the lights flash.
- Keep the headphones and device within 30 feet of each other. Apple’s troubleshooting guidance recommends moving away from other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and other electronics.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on on the source device, then try selecting the Beats again.
The device says connected, but there is no sound
- Raise the volume on both the headphones and the source device.
- Check that audio is routed to the Beats. On a Mac, choose them in System Settings > Sound for output or input. On a PC, select them in sound settings as the playback or recording device. On iPhone, open Settings > Bluetooth and select the Beats.
- Try a downloaded audio track. This can help distinguish a Bluetooth issue from a streaming or network problem.
The headphones used to pair but now will not reconnect
- Disconnect the Beats and remove or forget them in the device’s Bluetooth settings.
- Put the headphones back in discovery mode and pair them again using the instructions for your device.
- If re-pairing still fails, reset the headphones using Apple’s model-specific Beats reset instructions, then pair them again.
