If the computer connects but audio still comes from its speakers
Bluetooth pairing and audio routing are separate. In the computer’s sound settings, select Beats Studio Buds+ as the playback device. If you need to use the earbuds’ microphone, select them as the recording or input device too. Apple describes this additional sound-selection step in its connection troubleshooting article.

1. Check distance and nearby interference
Apple recommends keeping the earbuds and connected device within 30 feet during troubleshooting. Move away from other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and other electronics, then try pairing again. This is Apple’s troubleshooting recommendation, not a guaranteed connection range. Apple Support
2. Check charge, volume, and audio output
Make sure the earbuds and host device are on and charged. If the earbuds appear connected but you hear nothing, select them as the audio output, check the volume on both devices, and try a locally downloaded track to rule out a streaming or network problem. On a Mac or PC, check the input selection as well if you need the microphone.

Remove the Beats Studio Buds+ entry from the device’s Bluetooth settings, then put the earbuds back into pairing mode and connect again. On an iPhone or iPad, open the Beats device entry and choose Forget This Device. On a Mac, remove or forget the Beats in Bluetooth settings; on Android, use the control beside the device and choose Unpair. See Apple’s unpairing guide.
4. Reset the earbuds only if the earlier steps fail
Place both earbuds in the open case. Press and hold the case’s system button for 15 seconds, until the light flashes red and white, then release it. Pair the earbuds again. Follow Apple’s reset instructions.
