Go to the ground floor of Chapman Ward in St. Amelia Medical Center and find the Records Room. Use the keypad beside its door and enter 2605. Where to find the clue
If you want to locate the in-game hint first, go upstairs to the Office near the Private Ward. Look at the board to the left of the computer; a note gives the new Records Room code as 2605. You can enter the code without reading the note first, according to the walkthroughs.
What to collect inside
Search the cabinet in the Records Room for Hydroxalene 3mg. Guides identify it as one of three medicines needed for a later infusion puzzle.
